We were being served immediately when we arrived. As usual HDL is always noisy but it's ok. We had a quick meal and the service was as per standard.

Overall visit was satisfactory. Service staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. All orders were served promptly too. Will be better if there were more promotions and noise levels were lower, as we had to raised our voices while chatting among ourselves and also when we were speaking to staff.

Excellent service. Was pleasantly surprised when the service staff offered a baby pen for us to lay down the baby. Never received such good service before.

Hao Di Lao PLQ offers decent service, although the staff can be somewhat inattentive at times. Hotpot preparation is timely, but occasional lapses in attention detract from the overall experience.
