Arrived for my booking at 7pm, my queue number given was #30. They did not tell us how long the waiting time was, except to take a walk and they would give us a call when a table was ready. The counter was #10 when I arrived, waited for 33min and it was still #10. So many customers were waiting at the entrance. I was going to ask a recep when I overheard a customer questioning why he had to wait 90min for a table at 9pm when his booking was for 7:30pm. Another woman interjected saying she booked 6:30pm and had waited for an hour. The restaurant was ill-managed and overbooked. It took in so many diners, could not fulfill bookings and kept their customers waiting. Felt taken for granted, we cancelled the booking and re-queued again at another place for dinner. It was terrible, very unlikely to patronise them unless they work out a better queuing system.

The Service was great! Food is good too love the shrimp paste and sweet mantous 😋 super cooperative staff and la mian performance 💯

Perhaps because they are the newest outlet for Hdl, staff doesn’t seem the usual HDL customer-centric and friendly.
