surprisely there are so many people visiting haidilao despite it was already 10.30pm on a friday night. I dont see this crowd at bedok mall outlet at this timing. so the place was filled with people talking (including ourselves) and the staffs were too busy to serve us. Anyway, still enjoyed ourselves that night. thank you!

Great place to be but the waiting time was atrocious. Even if you had called to take a ticket 3 hrs earlier, they will only take 1 hr before dine-in time. I waited more than 1hr20mins!

Very good experience as usual. Attentive service stuff and food was great.

Made reservation at 6.30pm and still need wait for another 30min before table is ready because of weekend crowd. Enjoyed the refreshments & snacks while waiting, so generally is OK. The service is great, food is fresh and tasty.

Service was a little slower, i think due to the crowds on the weekend. But the service staff - May was great, even though she's busy running several tables all at once. Got a little noisy as we were seated near a large table. But otherwise all good. Food is fresh and whilst prices may not be value for money, but you get in return good service and an enjoyable ambience.

I seldom give a restaurant 6 stars but I really think Haidilao Seletar Mall deserved to be rated 6 stars after several visits last year and this year. Haidilao SELETAR MALL has consistently delivered the best service and thanks to Liping. We were also very welcome by the manager Wang Sha and Xiu Li who remembered us all this while.
