Very authentic Chinese cuisine restaurant. Would have been perfect if there's more teochew dishes as the restaurant is known for. Nonetheless, still a good restaurant for large group of minimum 6 to truly enjoy the variety. Certainly a place for family style dining. Recommend for revisits.

definitely have to order the steam pomfret, large and juicy with the right amount of soup. decently priced place as well due to the cheap rent of the location.

Food is yummy, but the place is too cold and the close very earlier. Last order is 9pm and the shopping mall close at 10pm.

The waitress was quite rude when I informed her, before she was going to help to spilt the Kway teow into individual bowls. As she did not seem to catch my request, i repeated and was refuted that she has already place the dish on the table and reluctantly took it up and away to split individually. Service level not up to expectation since there is service charge on the bill.

Teochew food was good and decidedly authentic. Reasonably priced but situated in a ulu shopping centre with nothing much else. "Al fresco" zichar style dining in an open atrium under the roof was quite charming.

Overall food quality is good and the chillies paste is great. Could do better with serving plain cold water. Atmosphere and environment is quite relaxing.

No frills old school kind of Chinese restaurant located in an old shopping centre. Food was above average and worth going back for. Price of food was reasonable.

Generally, the service was good albeit 2 of my guest were late and we were not urged to start the dinner. The delivery of the food was timely.

Traditional Teochew restaurant serving freaky authentic Teochew dishes like cold crab and cold pork. The best Teochew dish is the orh ni with the shallots which you can't get anywhere else anymore. (or rather I've not found one)!

Food was decent, but service needs a lot of work. The lacklustre and nonchalant service is distasteful, making customers not wanting to return again. I suggest the owner make a trip to a fellow Teochew restaurants serving similar food, such as Swa Garden Restaurant at Macpherson, to experience their service.

Good and tasty food. Pricing is not too bad for a table of 10. Try the duck, the steam promfet which was very fresh and delicious.

The staff were attentive and very friendly, lovely authentic teochew food! You can't go wrong with the staff's recommendations. Personal favourite has to be the chilled pork jelly. There's a specific chilli that comes with almost every dish!

The food was pretty good. Teochew cuisine. Pretty affordable. The fried white kway teow was nice. The braised goose sauce was also decent. Saw fish soup but didn't get to try. Will try that next time.

Good food, and excellent service. The food is old-school and family friendly. Good to bring old folks. The place reminds you of 70s Singapore. Worth a try!

does not have to wait too long after ordering as the food serving time is fast. Food quality wise was good except that i find their claypot curry fishhead the coconut milk taste is too thick and very limited veggie. Will probably try their assam fishhead next time round. Overall a satisfying sunday evening dinner.

One if the best Teochew cuisine in Singapore. Great food, good prices, makes up for the lack in ambience... Love the yam ring and yam paste desert. Most authentic tasting.

A good variety of teochew spread in the menu. Food was served very soon after order but unfortunately our request for cut red chillies had to be repeated 3 times before it was finally brought to our table.
