Food exchange changed up their menu about 1 month ago and was serving single dishes in replacement of a buffet spread on weekdays. I won a voucher for a full buffet spread but was disappointed when the menu has changed without informing me. What’s more, my voucher only allow dining on Wednesday nights. With the change in menu, i will have no way to enjoy the full buffet spread. I was very disappointed and asked for the staff to ask the management to allow me to use the voucher for a weekend dine in instead, pending their reply. But i wasted a trip down to the hotel for nothing. It wasn’t the easiest place to access either. 😔

It is my 2nd visit there. As we fell in love with their club sandwiche after the 1st visit! It is simple but the best club sandwiche i had. we also tried the nasi goreng this time. very big portion - the rice, fried chicken and satay sticks were v good! the service was great too - very friendly and helpful waitress.

Limited selection and Hokkien Mee is too wet and sticky. Chicken rice looked too dry too. Service staff was very friendly and attentive with great service.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. Just that there are a few very very enthusiasic lobster fans (customers) that kept standing near the trays. Once the food are placed, they immediately sweeped clean the tray. Indeed a lobstet mania night.

The house music needs to be turned down a notch. For a Sunday brunch ambience, it does not come across relaxing and peaceful. The saving grace is the exceptional service by May, Kamel and Adrian.

Had to sit outdoors as venue hosted a private event. Nonetheless, service remained warm and sincere, especially by Shirlyn and Yani.

The service was a little haphazard with wrong beverages brought. However, this was quickly rectified by the manager Shirlyn, who is extremely customer centric. The briyani meat could be more thoroughly marinated.

The seating request should have been given better attention. While it was understandable that there can be group bookings, the onus is on the restaurant to inform the guest accordingly. Also, kitchen staff should not be observed squabbling in the open. Food quality wise has improved.

The bacon is overdone and the fries were too crisp. Sherlyn's and Yani's service was great.

Requested for chicken thigh but breast meat was served instead. However, the service staff, Yusof and May were great.

May and Syed's service were excellent. The chicken burger was delicious.

The local cuisine with the desired condiments were delightful. May's service was impeccable.

The portion is meagre and the quality of ingredients is not the best. The establishment also can do with greater manpower.

The Asian flair is exquisite. The taste is precise but the beverage variety can be further improved. For instance, serve tea in a pot and not a mug.

Muhammad's service is excellent. The lights are flickering and should be replaced.

Service was underwhelming but they try their best. Pri and Yani were sincere in their interaction but they clearly could not cope, though there were only a few tables for the Sunday brunch. The manager on duty looked arrogant and unapproachable. Requests such as lemon slices on the side were not taken into consideration.

I’ll definitely come back again, the promotions are good and reasonable.

Good variety of food for the price paid. Ambience was good, not too crowded and it is relatively easy to reach the venue.

Their Christmas lunch buffet featured a delectable selection of seafoods, Christmas delicacies and foie gras too. Although the desert varieties could be better, overall it was a pleasant dining experience.

The staff were attentive and they clear the plates without having to tell them.

The hotel itself is a tad ulu, you most likely will have to take a bus to the hotel. The spread itself is lacking, shockingly, when we arrived at 6+, we noticed there wasn't any sashimi bar and was told that they were unavailable for the day. Fortunately, a small portion of it was brought out but quickly taken by the fellow patrons. There are definitely better buffet spreads available while also conveniently located.

Great service and unique variety of dish. Quality can be better - some dish were cold and clearly not fresh.

Attentive service crew. Fresh cold dishes. Food is tasty. Nice environment. It will be better if the food can be kept warmer or serve hot.

Value for money, sufficient food selection for how much you paid for.

Overall, quite a decent buffet spread. Went for the dinner buffet with oysters. The oysters were fresh which is definitely worth the money. Service staff is quite attentive as well. The one improvement could be to have more dessert choices.

Very classy ambience though it felt a bit dark but food was overall quite okay. They even helped us to pack the complimentary birthday cake back home. Very hospitable staffs!

Consisting of the western roast beef, the Chinese grilled chicken, pork ribs, Japanese sushi, Indian curries and local delights like Hokkien mee, fried rice and laksa, there is bound to be something for everyone. Not to mention that selection of cakes one can pick from to go with the much needed meal ending coffee.

Very helpful & attentive staff. Pleasant, cosy ambience. Liked the Indian food section & desserts. Reasonably charged for lunch promo. Am looking forward to try the dinner menu.

Quite a pleasant experience, nice environment atmosphere and good satisfying food, happy with the service and meal overall and will go back again for gathering

The service and ambience was excellent. Good buffet spread and definitely worth the deal. The cold seafood selection was fresh. But the chili crab that day lacks favour.

Nice ambience as the hotel is very new. Service was good but food Quality was disappointing in terms of taste and seafood did not taste fresh. Hence overall I was disappointed

Food variety could be more. Staff never replenish food like the California rolls when finished. Cauliflower soup not piping hot and tasteless. Indian food do not have sufficient crackers like papadam.

Overall food are good. More variety of ice cream choices would be better. Staff services are fast and quick in clearing table. Environment is ok too.

Staffs are very polite and attentive. The prawn noodles soup was pretty good. Seafood are very fresh. The variety of food is not the best but most of the food available there are pretty decent. It's a relatively quiet place, good to just sit and chat with a few friends.

Great quality food, great ambience and although the food options are not the widest, the overall experience is still well worth the money spent.

Very Value For $$$. Lots of variety of food to choose. Staff are friendly and prompt in cleaning up.
