It has a nice environment for gatherings and catching up with friends. Variety and selection of food is not bad. Server pro-actively top up soup base

Loved it!!! Food choice was plenty... Ambience was fun and hip... There is also alternative dinning area for groups who prefer a quieter setting. Wish there is more choice of ice cream or dessert.

Did not really get to enjoy the dip or the steam food as you will keep trying to clear the food below. Not a lot of variety as well...if you are a fan of maggi, good there is plenty for you...

We paid $38.90 for the Supreme menu. Good points: 1) Food quality was good. 2) Area was big. 3) Despite many tables cooking at 1 time, the whole area did not fill stuffy or suffocating. Bad Points: 1) Refill of popular items were a little slow. 2) Drinks ran out and were slow to refill. 3) Order of seafood items were also messy and staff missed out on the order even after we submitted the paper order form. Upon reminders did the staff finally brought out the seafood items.

The staff who served us was really helpful! We had a lot of requests throughout the meal and he fulfilled them without any hint of annoyance. Unfortunately we did not get his name, but just want to say that he really made our dinner experience an enjoyable one!

The steamboat buffet was nice.. took the supreme package and its so worth it.. the meat and seafood are all fresh. We choose the crab in salted egg yolk sauce, it was so delicious. The ambiance is nice and place looks spacious probably coz of the high ceiling. Overall, great place to chill!

I went there w my friend, we chose Premium buffet as the staff recommended to us. Service was okay, food choices not much, very basic. It took quite awhile for the meat to be cook which was time consuming... Tom yum soup can be better if it tastes spicier and rich in flavour. Overall, good experience. Probably will come back once in awhile. Thank you.

The place is rather cramped. Somehow the tiered BBQ set was troublesome. My BBQ set was mildly hot and due to that I had to wait for the BBQ to cook for quite a while. And the chicken soup was rather bland.

The menu and pricing system is ridiculous. However the only best part about this place is the staff. The staff are friendly and service oriented. Two of the best staff are Mark and Ika. But the food quality and taste are disappointing. The menu is so complicated to understand. We paid the most expensive set menu for seafood, but then when we asked for the item we want, they said those item no stock. The meat marination and soups are tasteless. Only cheese dip is good. The steamboat griller takes long time to cook meat and space is too small and cramped. Not much choice for dessert, only ice cream and fruits. But they make nice thai milk tea. I would suggest that they change the menu system. Just put one fixed price for lunch and dinner and do a All you can eat including seafood. We are 7 of us and only 2 of us eats seafood but we had to still pay for the seafood package for 7 people which is ridiculous when the other 5 people dont even eat the seafood. It was our first time in this restaurant but definitely will be our last time as well. We spent $300+ but it doesnt seem we went back home with a satisfying stomach. We all ended up having supper somewhere else. The only positive thing i would remember from this restaurant is the 2 staffs i mentioned and the thai milk tea, thats all.

Gas ran out and from what I observed, other tables also experience the same thing. Staff were friendly and approachable. Overall food items were value for money. Just it is a bit confusing of for the displayed food items of what we can take and what we cannot take as they have different buffet price range.

Cheap and good. Will visit again. Seafood can be fresher though but you get what you pay for. Oysters were fresh but we only had 2 servings and wanted to order again but they were sold out around 10.40pm on a friday. Opted for the seafood buffet dinner. The cooked crab in butter sauce is splendid!
