Food was so so as compared to the raved reviews online. Maybe the online reviews got my expectations high but the food was generally just average. Cheese fondue was good, but some might not get used to the strong alcohol taste. The bread provided was kinda tough but that could be how it is supposed to be. Ordered the smoked salmon rosti which was… hm… I think marche has better rostis. And the pork was pretty good, I think my favourite from the night. I would like to commend the staff for the excellent service, they were very polite and attentive. Other than that, I’m unlikely to visit again for the food. Perhaps the authentic Swiss cuisine just does not suit my tastebuds.

4 of us had a casual dinner last night - it was pretty full for a Tuesday night. Happy hour drinks are good and always welcome - $10 to $12 for a wines and cocktails until 7.30pm. Tuesday special (raclette) was delicious - we should have ordered toppings but we had lots of other food. We 2 kinds of rosti, the pork tenderloin and the beef. In our opinion, the beef was the best. For sides, we tried the stazli, asparagus and pumpkin soup - all were pretty good, especially the stazli and pumpkin soup. My third visit - food is always top-notch, service is fast and good, people are friendly. Choose an indoor table by the window if possible for the best of both worlds - good for people watching (in the restaurant and also out in the streets) yet comfortably in a corner. For the curious, we spent about $300 (after taxes) for the 4 of us (that includes 7 drinks - 2 prosecco, 2 wines, 2 negroni, 1 gin tonic).

I think that the customer service and the environment is okay just that the smell of the cheese is quite overwhelming across the restaurant. Food is decent but expensive which we could actually get the same dish at a cheaper price

The seating arrangements could be reviewed by the restaurant operator and given customer their options for indoor or outdoor. Food was amazing as ususal and service was attentive.

Ordered the cheese fondue and rosti. The cheese fondue was good and really filling - it came with a full basket of bread that we couldn’t finish.

Staff was friendly and attentive. They made a point to check in with us on the food and also attempted to establish rapport. Shop was a little warm and they attempted to shift the Aircon vent to blow towards us.

Wir genossen einen wundervollen Abend im Coucou. Als Schweizer sind wir eventuell kritischer eingestellt als andere Gäste, aber das Käsefondue ist wirklich hervorragend. Wir tranken dazu Etter-Kirsch und eine gute Flasche Weisswein aus der Schweiz-auch das Personal macht einen top Job-sehr kundenorientiert und freundlich. Immer wenn wir Heimweh nach der Schweiz haben, besuchen wir das Coucou und wurden noch nie enttäuscht!
