Not many Swiss restaurants in Singapore but do try here for the raclette and the fondue.

Staff was friendly and attentive. They made a point to check in with us on the food and also attempted to establish rapport. Shop was a little warm and they attempted to shift the Aircon vent to blow towards us.

Wir genossen einen wundervollen Abend im Coucou. Als Schweizer sind wir eventuell kritischer eingestellt als andere Gäste, aber das Käsefondue ist wirklich hervorragend. Wir tranken dazu Etter-Kirsch und eine gute Flasche Weisswein aus der Schweiz-auch das Personal macht einen top Job-sehr kundenorientiert und freundlich. Immer wenn wir Heimweh nach der Schweiz haben, besuchen wir das Coucou und wurden noch nie enttäuscht!

Food was authentic and tantalising, generous portion with the farmer's bread for the cheese fondue; waiting staff was attentive and prompt, service was impeccable.

Food was absolutely spectacular, especially the fondue and malakoff, however the music playing was quite loud, and the restaurant was quite congested. The staff however was gracious enough to turn down the music for us when asked.

Nice ambience and food was great. Cheese fondue taste awesome with free bread refills! Didn’t feel jelak and it’s perfect portion for 2 pax :)

I love their rosti, it's not too salty and the flavour tastes just right. Would totally go back for it again.

First time in a Swiss restaurant. The lamb is really good. Portions are big and satisfying for those who can eat a moderate amount. The house white is also good and staff are great with recommendations.

I was looking forward to visiting this restaurant as it is always crowded with customers. The cheese fondue was indeed delicious. But the portion was very large for two people, so it would be nice to have a smaller size. Desserts were good too!

Interesting menu with lovely rosti but unfortunately many items were not available during our visit and overall pricing seemed abit steep.

Excellent service! Happy food! Laugh and be happy! It can be quite noisy at times due to the enclosed area... but we were overall happy with the food. the customer service really brought us to another level!

This restaurant is charming and quaint. Staff was relaxed yet pleasant and prompt. Simple food done well. The experience was just great! I hope to be back again.

The space was very tight for my table of 6. Food was great. Pricing is on the high side especially the wines. Service was great, especially Linda who helped me to portion out the nbr of dishes to order and gave good recommendations. Unfortunately, one of the servers spilled warm water on my mother's pant, on a mother's day dinner :( Could have done some consolation for my Mum, like a free dessert for my Mum. Jennifer.

Experience this time wasn’t so smooth with a rather squeezy table unfortunately and that was quite a lot of miscommunication. They manage to give me an indoor table which was a very nice gesture though

The staff are very helpful, attentive and approachable despite having full house. We enjoyed thoroughly the quality food as recommended. In our opinion, it will be a perfect place for chilling if the air conditioner have worked better, and perhaps, music a little lower.

Great service and love the cheese fondue! It doesn’t feel jer-lat when eating it. They give free bread for the cheese fondue. Try to reserve indoor sitting as outdoor can be quite hot if the weather is hot and humid!

Lovely ambience. Waitress is knowledgeable and engaging to recommend food. Food and service are impeccable.

The food is passable but the service is appalling. While confirming our reservation over the phone, the staff member talked over me whilst I was asking a question, and hung up on me without bothering to hear my question. All she was interested to communicate across was that we only had our table for 2 hours. We felt unwelcomed before we had even arrived. The restaurant's aircon was completely malfunctioning. We had a sweaty and unpleasant evening. Service staff was also entirely unwilling to move us to a cooler area. After finishing our food, we were happy to leave at once.

Amazing steak tartare and cheese fondue - will definitely come again!

Food and service were great. Just that seating arrangement needs to be improved. Bar table is so uncomfortable and that day was raining, initially we were offered outdoor seats that rain will shower on us.
