We would rate this 0 if it was an available rating. The service was horrible - some items were not available anymore but they didn't let us know, despite us ordering the same items twice. When we asked the waiter why they didn't let us know, he told us that's the only thing that's not available and stormed off. When we asked another waitress, she then started to tell us what were not available. 5 items were not available, not just one. They also gave us items that we didn't order - waste of food. Bell for service but took a long time for them to respond (restaurant wasn't crowded). Charcoal-thai doesn't use charcoal! Surprise surprise! We felt cheated. Marinated meat tasted powdery and were unevenly marinated. Drinks were very diluted, had to stick to canned drinks. Prawns tasted good but that's really about it. So many other options out there with better quality - food and service!

Average food at reasonable rate. Lack of service staff but they are friendly. Cooked food are not replenished. Their chilli sauce and thai milk are nice.

Pleasant surrounding and staff friendly. Paying 40 cents for a piece of wet paper towel is ridiculous and should be waived!! Charging 1 dollar for a glass of tap water is also ridiculous and should not even be listed in the menu!!

The food is nice and have lots of variety. The waiting time is longer than expected, as I think is due to lack of manpower.

Service was slow as it looks like only two staff were working. Was made to pay for unreasonable surcharge for Mother's Day which was not indicated on the vouchers we purchased.

Variety for the dinner buffet is quite limited. But food is fresh here especially the prawns and fish fillet. But service could be better. It would be great if the air conditioning is stronger.

No individual chimneys...sofa seat was ripped open, sponge bursting....poor maintenance. Service was not fantastic too. Had to wait to start the mookata and also for them to add soup. IN the end they left the kettle of soup base at our table.

The food is ok, but service need to improve. The service staff attitude and smile needs to be there. There is a light at the entrance of the restaurant that goes off and on itself, quite distracting.

I bought Fave voucher when dining on last sat and was not understand on my bill. I was told to add on the collagen soup was $10, additional 4 pax of free-flow drink at $3.50 each then additional I have ordered a plate of Wagya Beef which cost $19.95. When making payment at the counter, I was told there is a additional of $2 each weekend dining which I am also fine with it but only thing I do not understand is how it work out to the final bill of $79++ (almost $80.00) after deducting my Fave voucher for 4 pax buffet. The cashier actually waived something out of the bill till $68++ after I have questioned her but it seem more correct after I have calculated those additionals bill. So my concern is the billing does not seem accurate and it probably work out almost the same amount if I walk in for dining instead buying the voucher. Total I spend around $137.00 incl of Fave voucher.

Set for 2 was very worthwhile. Lots of ingredients and value for money. However, they did not tell us the crackers they served us was not complimentary and ended up charging us for it.

The price is cheap, drink is free flow if you top up 3.90 which is not bad. On top of that, there are still discount when there is a ongoing student rate promotion. But service need to improve. They are definitely short handed.

Waitress at first said we have to pay extra $2 per pax but when I pressed later for reason, she said no need to pay anymore. She seemed to have caught a cold and brushed her hand against her nose when taking orders. Hope she washed her hands when serving us. Anyway, no harm done luckily. Buffet price does not include drinks, not even plain water. Food so so

Rather affordable buffet dinner! You only needed to pay extra $3.50 for the free flow drinks (excluding alcohol and coconut). Their Thai milk tea is very refreshing, and the taste isn't heavy at all. I went through at least 3 cups of that! Food was fresh as well! Had a really good time there!

The choices are really limited, Understaff, mediocre service. Top up $10 more and you would get a really decent mookata else where. Ninja cheese mookata, ninja story, siam mookata etc etc. anywhere but here really.

First time eating here. Have eaten similar style steamboat-cum-BBQ in Bangkok at BBQ Plaza. The restaurant is clean. Definitely value for money. Will consider eating there again.
