Excellent quality as always. Not the cheapest in town but you pay for what you get. Wish they’d do away with the bowing - makes us quite uncomfortable

My first time at the Centrepoint branch. Usually patronise OneKM branch and Compass One. Never disappoint. Excellent service. Awesome food. Great ambience. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Everything is very good, especially the collagen soup but we ordered pomfret and the fish was not fresh. Had a very bad smell and taste and we didn't even touch the rest of the slices. Also had to remind them of a birthday celebration but the cake was very good. All in all a good experience at Beauty In The Pot

The food and service was good. However, as we were sitting in the corner, it was harder to get the attention of the staff. The tablet used to order food hangs too frequently.

Service is still so top notch there. Good food with wide selection of vRiety, and attentive, friendly staff, couldn’t nit pick on anything bad there.

Collagen and tomato soup base were awesome and service staff were extremely polite and helpful. Advised to make reservations early to get desired timeslot. Recommended for hotpot lovers.

Excellent service and food ( except for the beef) . They give us a refund on the beef we ordered. It was too tough. Love the Yuzu dessert.

Food was great. Service was alright even though it could be better just like those at One KM mall. Could be more cautious of the portion we ordered as well as providing a workable ipad. Overall was alright. Pleasant experience.

This is one of my favourite hot pot restaurants! Their collagen soup is the best that I've ever tasted. But need to make reservations early, else you'll have to wait very long if you walk in.

Love this place. My top choice for hotpot in Singapore. Good soups, nice service that’s not overbearing and fussy. I love their dried beancurd skin the best.

The Broth (Mala and Collagen) are still as delicious as before and food is fresh. However, their service has dropped significantly as compared to previously.

Overpriced. Not sure what the hype is all about? Service is good but i'd rather be there for the food. The food is alright but the portions are small and overall overpriced. Wouldnt be returning.

BEAUTY IN THE POT -- CTRPOINT was excellent . Greeted by heart warming waitress and good service throughtout the dinner . Last minute I informed about birthday celebration for my friend and the team was ready to sing a song and presented her a fruit platter on the house.We had wonderful food at a very reasonable price and voucher for our next visit too.

The service staff was attentive and food was also good..except there a few fruit flies flying around our table when we first sat but it was ok after that.

Great service! Great food esp the collagen soup. But price now a bit pricey though. Ordered only a few items and cost $109+ for 2 pax.

As usual, Beauty in the Pot never ever disappoints me. Great service, and great quality of food. The new and improved tomato soup still taste great! Make sure to always make a reservation before you head down - regardless of what time of the day you're going.

Food is very good and service is out of the world from the front receptionist to each and every server. very well trained and very attentive and helpful. impressed.

Restaurant staff are very attentive. Nice place to have lunch as there is a ball pit play for kids after their lunch and the adults can have some peace having their lunch

Good service by staff. Good as usual is good. Only cons is need to make reservations well in advance to guarantee a place, other very recommended.

The food is nice, we ordered tomato and collagen soup base, it is really nice. And the service is not bad, if gathering big group, think need to boo it earlier and everyone must be on time as the dining duration is 90 minutes.

My favorite place for steamboat. Few selections of soup base, you muse try the collagen and Mala soup, it’s one of the best in Singapore.

The service is great and food is great too. It is a little pricey for steamboat but the soup is really good. Enjoy my lunch there!
