Food is good and service is good too. There’s enough variety to choose from.

We were allowed to stay beyond 1.5 hours (since my reservation is a small group of 4) with no questions asked! Satisfied our cravings big time! Yeah!

I can't even remember how many times I've been here but this is one of my favourite places to have hotpot. Service was great, as always!! Will definitely be back :)

There are plenty of seats. service staff are very attentive and accommodating. I will definitely be back for more. This is another alternative from one KM mall.

The food is nice but the service are so-so. The fruits are limited, not much choice as hai di lao. But after steamboat, they will serve a lime juice, it is quite refreshing.

I thought that on a weekday there would be lesser people but not! I felt that the service was much slower as compared to a weekend? Perhaps they don’t have as much part-timers on a weekday? I mean it’s hot pot, how long can it take you to take out the raw food? We ordered at the entrance even before we got out seats, after sitting down 5 minutes later, the food took another 20 minutes to be served. This was totally different when I visited on a weekend. The food was served almost instantaneously after we sat down. Quite disappointing this time round.

Great experience at centerpoint outlet. Staff at centerpoint outlet is friendly and efficient. However food is a little pricey side but it is Worth to go again.

Good service. Broth is very good as usual. Food are fresh. Complimentary yuzu slushy is very refreshing.

It will be helpful if they can include a note that the customer has a cake in their fridge. I forgot to bring it away with me. Overall experience is ok.

Love this place! Soups are the best. This is my favourite hotpot chain in Singapore. The service is nice, the ingredients are fresh. Collagen and tomato soup is my fave!

The mala soup and collagen soup were super yumz. A pity that they dun have baby tang-o. All-time favorite hotpot place! :)

Collagen soup! Ebico Prawn paste! Fried Beancurd Skin! These are some of the must tries! Service level was not too bad either. Staff was attentive and quick to respond to calls.

Previous visit, each and every staff that provided us with service, exit with a bow. This round of visit, we did not experience this anymore. Although this is not a must, but it definitely felt different (less privilege) as compared.

All the wait staff were very pleasant and service was on point. Food quality is good and background music provided a nice ambience for dining.

The service used to be better last time but guess the quality of food is more important. Had ordered 9 dishes with 2 soup base. Signed up membership and got an instant $30 rebate.

Nice food though we suspect there was some msg in some food. The collagen broth was really nice- a must try. Restaurant was nice to arrange for a small dessert and balloons for my husband’s bday (informed them on his birthday last minute when we arrived. Service was good though can wait a while during peak hours.

The restaurant was not filled but there is still a 15minutes wait before we can enter. I feel this is unnecessary.

Tried the collagen and drunken chicken soup. Both were nice. The food is not bad but not very good either. The yuzu ice blend served at the end of the meal was refreshing.
