Soup base is not consistent.... abit diluted compared to the last few rounds I had. Foods served was decent but price is getting steeper. Need to wait sometimes even table is reserved. The wait can be upto 30 mins

Excellent quality of soup bases - very rich! Also very fresh meats, especially the beef dish. Can really taste the beefiness. The silken fish tofu is also unique.

Restaurant is functioning at maximum capacity so it is quite difficult to get the attention of the staff. However, they are polite and attentive once you managed to get their attention. Food is fresh and prices is not too expensive

Food is great as usual but service was a little slow. We were seated and orders were placed before another table was seated - but their food was served first.

Totally love the collagen broth, fresh meat n vegetables n especially the bean curd skin. The dessert adds a special closing touch to the meal, the service was definitely great! Will definitely return for more!

More pricey than usual steamboat. Restaurant usually has adequate service staff, however staff may not be sufficiently trained. Generally the service is better than expected. We were surprised by the something special (cake and balloons) for the birthday guest.

Did not realize that there’s a time limit of 1.5 hours for our table. Bill came before we finished our dinner. Expect this from a buffet steamboat but not a higher priced ala carte steamboat place.

Service was impeccable and food was fantastic. I love how they provide us with bibs and zip lock bags for our phones in case our phones get wet.
