With large portions of exuberant French food perfect for sharing around the table with family or friends, Bar Roque evokes the spirit of medieval banqueting and brings a special dining experience right to Singapore’s Tanjong Pagar. From snails served with parsley and garlic butter to foie gras terrine served with chutney, port wine reduction and brioche, the starter menu is full of extravagant choices to suit all tastes.

Food was excellent as always. The restaurant was very busy, but this didn't detract from the experience. The only disappointment was that the dessert that my wife wanted to have was sold out by the time that we ordered. We'll just have to visit again for the dessert!

Great service and delicious food. If you are a party of at least 4 I strongly recommend you pre-order the Tomohawk steak to share, it's delicious!

My wife and I had the vday menu. We had oyster, hakkaido scallop,foie gras , bouillabaise , chocolate fondant and a special raspberry cake with meringue. Every thing was at least a 8 over 10. We were hoping for a marseille chef michel style bouillabaise where the soup was the highlight but bar rogue placed more emphasis on the ingredients which consist of many types of seafood. It is not a shortcoming but just a difference in style. Foie gras was especially favorful. As good as any i have eaten in france.

This was my 4th visit to bar-roque grill. The food was delicious as always. We had the duck confit and ravioli. Service was warm, considerate and friendly. The pace was leisurely, which we didn't mind. When it came time for dessert, they ran out of creme brulee and the apple pie took longer than expected so we were comped a glass of wine and the pie. Highly recommend for date night.

Both food and service were good, but perhaps I had high expectations given all the raving reviews, so I wasn't exactly blown away by the food, like everyone else. I had the spinach salad with cheese, ribeye steak, rotisserie chicken, and banana nutella tarte flambée. The salad was simple yet surprisingly good.

Baroque Grill is a regular place for us to go. The ambience is nice and relaxed and the food never disappoints. We always go when we feel like some meat as typically the steak is exceptional as is the chicken and duck. Highly recommend it.

Excellent food and service: this surely is one of Singapore's best restaurants! Their Tarte Flambées are a must, and everything on their menu is expertly curated and cooked to perfection.

Food was really delicious. Fresh products, tasty sauces, juicy meet... Excellent! Service was perfect. However, I was a bit disapointed with the decoration: to me, the photos broadcasted online do not reflect the reality.
