Nice semi fine dining French Restaurant in the Botanical Gardens area. Excellent value for a nice venue and pleasant dinner. Would visit again soon. Well worth a visit.

We enjoyed the Christmas Eve dinner very much - the menu selections were well planned, giving good choices for different taste buds. However, we found the foie gras to be just a little over cooked. It was still delicious but we prefer a softer texture. Desserts look great but can do with slightly less sugar. 👍🏻😀

My friends and I have a memorable birthday celebration at Au Petit Salut Dempsey with good food and service. We look forward to come back again for another pleasant dining experience.

The set lunch is pretty value for money for the food quality and services that we had there. The Bavette is really tasty and the chef made the medium rare just perfect for me!

It is priced for a top quality food and experience. There's a choice for indoors or outdoors and the latter is quite nice even though there is no air conditioning. Au Petit Salut serves traditional french, with french ingredients. Even the butter they serve for your bread is not from the local grocers. I have never received bad service, food was served in a comfortable pace. Seasonal delicacies are also available, we had, untop of our set, oysters from bretagne. I've always been there for special occasions, and will definately go back.

food was generally good. but if there are more choices for starters will be good. The crab moose was ok. but i really like the foie gras and steak.

We took the menu for the dinner. it was unique dishes, varieties of ingredients which is rich and good conbination in every plate ..and taste healthy !

Overall good and ambience is perfect for a date night with your Boyfriend or Girlfriend. Not forgetting their good services provided by their waiter. Pricing is pretty acceptable as well.

Al Fresco area was under renovation; which was not that big a deal as the weather did not warrant it. Service was acceptable and food had innovative French variance. Foie Gras dish as example - generally paired with apple but pear was used instead to give the sweetness with pomegranate for tartness. Table of four had variations of the set menu. All mains were pretty good with the exception of the Black Cod which seemed overdone on the sauces. The Snapper was perfect and a better option. And I'd have to mention that the tenderloin was done to perfection. Medium rare was done correctly and so was medium. Simple things like these were hard to come by these days in Singapore's fine dining establishments. This was only my third visit in over a decade. Standard consistent and well maintained.

Received phone call from staff a day before, informing that the restaurant is undergoing outdoor renovation, and there is no view for the indoor setting as all windows are covered. This is a good gesture from the restaurant. Food wise, it is good, value for money.

Great Food and Experience. Good ambience and staff service - would recommend to anyone who wants an intimate dinner experience with a close group of family members or friends.

Good experience. Service crew explained even when the outerior is under renovation. Food is nice and service crew is friendly. Cosy environment and nice food.

Great food and service! A bit disappointed because they are having renovation outside these two weeks. There was a slight smell of paint. The waitress had a megamemory, recalling all our 9 items ordered. She also took note of food restrictions well. The ambience was nice and quiet. The dishes were presented very aesthetically as expected. The set lunch was reasonably priced at 38.

We enjoyed ourself at Au Petit Salut earlier. Quite Sur0rised that the restaurant don't state allergen list in the menu, thankfully my allergy son not with us today. So far, we decide we will go back again for Luch one of these days.

there was a long waiting time... steak in particular was not prepared accordingly to our preference.. drinks are slow to be served.. overall experience can be improved..

Everything from service to dessert was amazing. The beer list could be more extensive but I know that is not what the place is about. We had a great dining experience.

The food quality was great, although I remember the duck confit to be of a higher quality during my previous visit. Staff attentiveness can be improved.

I have been going to Au petit Salut for about 8 years, once or twice a year. Quality of the food is consistently good. And the place is really nice.

went on mid week. restaurant was not busy. we ordered cod and duck confit. food was good. degustation dessert was satisfying too! staff were friendly. overall good experience.

The atmosphere was quiet and cool inside. The restaurant was busiest around 8:00pm but everyone kept conversations to their tables and music was still audible. We had a view of the outdoor patio with the three water falls on one side and the rich green foliage on the other side. Beautiful setting, terrific mock tails, excellent food! The servers only appeared on occasion so we were not bothered and finally enjoyed a delicious, hot and relaxing dinner without our three young children. We used the Entertainer buy one get one too. We will go back for different entrees and to sit outside!

Good and attentive service. Nice ambience. Had 1) lobster bisque which I did not enjoy too much unfortunately. It's rich and had great Flavours but just something that's not for my palate; 2) classic French quail dish is well done. Meat is nice and moist; 3) roasted lamb is juicy but could be better though

Overall nice ambience in the outdoor seating. The food is ok only, as compared to other French restaurant. Given its reputation, the food isnt as good as I was expecting it to be.

Very nice diner outside in a cosy environment. Good French cuisine revisited with a strong artistic touch. High professional staff. I recommend the raviole, sea platter or the royal cake. Still a significant spend but in Singapore what can you expect?

The service is prompt. The environment is quiet and conducive for a meal with friends. Just that the cod fish is too salty though pan fried is tasty. Could have done with lesser salt to savor the original taste of the cod.

The food and atmosphere was nice but the service was below par for a place like this. Pats on the back, plates were taken away the second we put our cutlery down and, despite a morning call from the restaurant to double-check my request, they forgot birthday candles... We will not go back

Food was not too bad for the price paid for. My 2 appetisers were great for Main Lobster though a bit blend, subsequent Foie Gras was heaven. It was seared in golden brown on the outer layer. The aroma lingers and melts in the mouth eventually. I wanted a Pork Belly but feedback that the meat consists of 80% fats instead. Then I decided to go for their signature Duck Confit. It was slight salty but it was still ok for my palate. Overall experience is ok! Staffs are attentive to our table too. Wine is slight on the high range category!

The foie gras could have been much better as It turned out rather soggy. The lemon tart dessert was great. Overall lunch experience was not too bad.

Plenty of parking within restaurant compound. Food was good though some may find it a little generous with the salt.

the set lunch was great! we had the duck confit and the bavette steak which was frankly amazing. service was somewhat cold though. props for the food, but the service standard could've been better.

It was so easy and speedy to reserve with Quandoo at Au Petit Salut. THe food and ambience/service was great. Would certainly use Quandoo to reserve again.
