Love their range of food, especially the fried pumpkin. The lady was also very hospitable and checked in on us frequently despite us being in a room.

Gotta go early to obtain a queue tic despite having made a reservation via Quandoo. However, service was impeccable with free drinks and snacks served during your wait.

I think it was post covid and due to the influx of customers, they ignored all those who made reservations. We waited more than an hour for our seat when we arrived at our reserved timing.

this outlet air con is weak, went a few times at different timing but same.. very stuffy to eat steamboat.
