One of my favourite branch to go! Always so welcoming and friendly. Can be quite crowded during weekends so remember to make reservation in advance

The food quality always good. My favorite hot pot restaurant to visit.

We had a wonderful time there. We brought a bottle of red wine along and in the midst of dining, my daughter accidentally toppled and broke her red wine glass. The waitress, Xiao Xue was quick to bring packet of tissue paper to clean the red wine up. She even gave packets of stain remover to my daughter to clean up her handbag and clothes. The broken glass went into the soup and she offered to change the soup for us. She went all the way out to make us comfortable again in this situation. She even gave my daughter a free cold melon drink and some snacks. End of it, she even gave us a discount even though it was no fault of hers. I am just amazed at her service and how Haidilao teach their waitresses to treat their customers. If I am at another restaurant, I don’t think I will be faced with this type of service. I will even need to pay for the broken wine glass!

When we finished our meal at 6.45pm, it is packed with people. Service is good but the playground is always close.
