Yakitori Yatagarasu

It’s so hard to get a reservation even on weekday but the food is really good

Food was great as usual, although slightly salty for some on the table. We were mostly happy, except that the Yakitori took ages tonight! Would still go back in a heartbeat

The staff were extremely helpful in recommending items from the menu. Would be better if more standalone vegetable items can be introduced in the yakitori menu. Overall experience was pleasant. There’s a limit to how long you can dine in so just take note.

Food is always good here but I really dislike the high price of the green tea that’s not refillable.

As a big coriander fan, I’m slightly biased when I say that their coriander salad is the best. Love the other dishes too, one of my go-to Izakayas in SG!

Countless times here. Good food and good drink! However, the wait for food seems to be a little longer this time! Perhaps low in stock? Otherwise, the culinary skills of these chefs are awesome!

Great food and some things to be improved on is staff needs to be more attentive in the needs of the customers. Both my table and the other table were waiting for staff for a longer time when everyone was so busy.

I prefer the main branch better than the 2nd one. I think there's no difference of the dishes but tastes different.

This is very much similar to what I had in japan. I also enjoy the drinks a lot.

Food is delicious and portion is great for sampling. Setting of the establishment is authentically Japanese as well

We really enjoyed the food! The seasoning was on point. The chicken was really tender. HOWEVER, we were disappointed that a lot of the best sellers were already sold out/left with a few skewers at the second seating. I felt that the chefs could have managed their food inventory a little better such that there's a reasonable amount of the popular items available for order for both seatings. We were probably the first group to arrive for the second seating, and we placed our order fairly quickly. But we were told that the tail was out of stock. 15 minutes after placing our order, we were told that there was only 1 chicken wing skewer (we ordered 4) and 1 p-man cheese (ordered 2). But (40 minutes into our meal) we saw the chefs serving a plate of at least 10 sticks of wings to another table of 4 pax? Well, very disappointing.

First time to Yatagarasu and we felt as though we stepped into Japan without leaving the country. From the vibes to the chef and store manager, everything screamed Japanese, at the main outlet at least. Service was fabulous, we had great recommendations for 2 different bottles of dry sake. They also readily accommodated our request for 2 pax and later increased to 4 pax. Foodwise, I really enjoyed the curry rice skewers which are super unique and flavorful. They also do really good yakitori dumplings (chicken) and chicken skin. I love their clam soup, as well as the fresh oysters too. Will definitely be back!
