I was there with my friend for lunch. The ambience was lovely with good customer service,special mention to Anna for her patience and attention towards us throughout the whole afternoon. She treated my Friend and everyone in the restaurant with her gracefulness towards the service of food and drinks. I will definitely come here again due to the good service and food on a regular basis. Definitely recommended!

Place has a unique and beautiful theme. Staff were attentive to our needs and requests and polite. The food we ordered were all delicious but my party felt that it was all over priced. Food service was slow and came slightly room temp. Food came about 45 minutes after ordering. Some of our drinks / ice were gone by then. 4 out of 5 of us ordered pasta but not sure why staff provided us with a fork & knife. We didn't bother to change since we needed only forks mostly. Great first time experience but will not visit again.

Enjoyed the classy ambience with Alice in Wonderland-themed decor, but a pity that the food was pricey ($24++ for truffle pasta) and mediocre in taste. The service was extremely slow because they had very few staff on hand, and I would say the food wasn't worth the long wait, although at least the waitresses were very pleasant and tried their best. They also accommodated to many customers' requests (including ours) in helping snap photos despite having their hands full. Don't see myself coming back here anytime soon. :(

The staff were quite friendly and attentive. Waiting time for the food can be improved when only less than a third of the tables are occupied. More choices can be included for the beverages in the lunch set as not all people will have tea or coffee at lunch. Maybe dessert will be nice. And oh, we couldn't find any picture of Alice around.

Their food preparation and waiting is unexpectedly long as we arrived and seated at 7.20pm and they served our foods at 8.30pm. This is unacceptable service...

hardly any crowd. nice decor and ambience. food is mediocre at best. duck confit had an overwhelming smell. when we gave our feedback, the waitress said it’s because of the roasting? i doubt it. sakura prawn linguine was okay. chili crab linguine is still better at marmalade pantry. mushroom soup was good. didn’t bother to try their desserts.

The restaurant is not full on a Saturday afternoon. Nothing to shout about on the premium tea set that I ordered. Though the service person said it is for two persons. Every piece of tiny pieve of cake, and open sandwich has only 1 serving. Drinks outside the set is expensive and normal. May not visit again. The supposed Wonderland theme is interesting but that's about it.

The female service staff is friendly and approachable, the atmosphere is great. The soba chicken salad is nice and the truffle foie gras linguine is good but not so on the Chilli Crab linguine. We waited 40 minutes for the main course to be served after our starter. 😒 Overall ok.

Service was exceptional from the floor staff. But our starters(scallops and soup) came after 30mins, and mains came 15 mins after the starters. Kitchen probably cock up or something when people who ordered much later than us gotten their food first. Soup and scallops were served at room temperature(booooo). Mains were good thou.

Only 1 chef working when we visit. But the chef try his best to provide us the food within our 1 hour lunch time.

They have a great atmosphere and good food for a value , though their coffee are a bit expensive.there is also no water served , we need to pay for bottled water.

The main courses were superb, decent portion to have dessert after. Nutella tart was good too just alittle too sweet, do share it!

Excellent service. Food was very delicious. We ordered the pork belly and duck confit. The best dishes I had so far. Meat was juicy and soft. Truffle carbonara was good too.
