If you’re stopping by Wonderland Savour Singapore for dinner, begin your meal perhaps with seared foie gras; pork rillettes with house pickles, or some irresistible scallops with petit pois, hazelnut crumbs and a lemon vinaigrette. For your main, the pork belly confit is a dream, as is the salmon with miso, sesame risotto, cucumber and mushroom. Excellent service. Food was very delicious. We ordered the pork belly and duck confit. The best dishes I had so far. Meat was juicy and soft. Truffle carbonara was good too.
