Vineyard at HortPark

I made the reservations for boss for a large group of 14 persons but I am not one of the participants. No complains from boss means that it must be not bad at all!

The service was the absolute worst we've had in Singapore. The staff was not prepared for our reservation, did not come with menus for over 10 minutes, did not bring out our food in a timely manner and forgot two of the entrees. We had to ask three times for children's plates--- ultimately we got them but only after the food had been eaten. Even though the food was above average, the experience as a whole was miserable.

It's an enjoyable and cool dinner. The staffs are helpful n diligently assisting to make every customers ease n response of theirs is effective. Good work vineyard.

Food was palatable! We ordered Aglio Oglio, Margarita pizza and Lemon Lava cake. Ambience was great and it'll be better if not for the rain as we prefer the outdoor seating at the alfresco. Staffs were friendly and service was great! Would definitely be back again.

Generally OK. For the 2 course and 3 course set lunch menu, the waitress could have asked the customers which course to take and explained the choices.

Lovely romantic restaurant. Servers are dedicated, but do understand at times they are slightly shorthanded. A little disappointed that they had removed the foie gras from the menu as it is one of the best foie gras i had in Singapore. The baked brie appetizer is a definite must order. Lamb rack and chicken are some of the recommended mains on the new menu :)

The ambience is good but there's not much choices of food when we visited the places. Ravioli Pasta and all type of pizza is not available. We also waited quite long for the food to be serve, the service is quite slow even when we call for the bill thou the restaurant was not crowded. The food is ok but not so fantastic.

Great place for a quiet meal with the special someone, relaxing ambience in the midst of greenery. Staff were attentive and friendly, food was reasonably priced.

There is only a small bouncy slide for kids for the weekend brunch, which was not as comprehensive and interesting as to what I have read from sponsored reviews. Food price is economical and the taste was not to bad. Service was exceptionally slow and slipshod.

Ambience is not quite there and food is not exactly fantastic. The tuna is overcooked and had became tough. More initiative needs to be in place in terms of meeting clients' needs such as shifting of drinks etc when tables are changed.

The whole experience was not too bad, in the areas of food quality and ambience. However, the service level could have been better if their ratio of waiters to customers can be increased. They seem shorthanded both in terms of the availability of waiters and the slow turnaround of food, having waited for about 45 minutes for the food, and that was after chasing them to speed up as we were rushing for time.

The Food was really good and excellent .would definitely be introducing and visiting there again . Just that the Carpark closes at ten daily .

Nested in a quiet and nice green ambience, certainly a good place for lunch, food is good, service could be improved. Serving size is also just right.

Love this restaurant, tucked in Hort Park. It exudes a very tranquil ambience. The food we hadcforvour dinner were delicious and well presented. The service was warm and friendly.

The ambience was great and the service attentive but the food took a lengthy time to be served. A little pricey as well. Perhaps portions and price could be reduced by 10%.

The food was good, the service was great, the staff were very attentive, and most of all the ambience was very conducive for a nice dinner.

Everything is fine except the pasta served is not too good in taste. Suggest the discount for AMEX shall extend to Friday to improve business.

Good food, nice ambience, air conditioning can be better as it was warm near the glass sides, feedback from my Friends was good, overall positive experience.

It is a nice restaurant. The food is not bad. There is bouncy castle to entertain the kids. However due to lack of service staff, the level of responsiveness is far from desirable.

The environment quite nice . The service was good . Food is good too . But it's a bit disadvantage for those who can't eat beef or lamb because mostly is steak.

I have indicated in my reservation that I have two puppies in pram that I would bring along. I arrived only to see a no-dog allowed sign at the courtyard behind. So I left without dining at Vineyard. I was disappointed that despite the reservation was accepted despite the request clearly stating that I wish to take the outdoor sitting with my puppies. A lady staff from the restaurant called me at 630pm called me to check on my reservation and I told her about this.

had the 3 course lunch set with clients, entries, mains and dessert of the day was excellent. The place was not crowded and was greeted with good ambience and good service too.

The service is always very friendly but the food is a bit hit and miss. As usual, there were several items unavailable on the menu and the dishes were not served to the table together. We enjoy the ambience at this restaurant but it always falls short on a few things.

Food was good but should have given us more bread. The Philippino male server who served us was great. The tall chinese male has an "attitude look" and not very friendly.

Food quality is average. Poor service. Long waiting time and the food does not come out at the same time for diners. The staff was doing the setup for the evening event while we were still dining - they were pulling table cloth and re-arranging the tables and chairs while we were still eating.

The ambience staff and food were all excellent! The manager gave us complimentary desserts when the souffle didnt turn out well. It was a super pleasant surprise as it was also my friend's birthday lunch celebration

It has good ambiance, and the food is decent. I tried the iberico 'char siew' and was appropriately done - juicy and tender. Dessert was soufflé, and I would rate it average.

Quiet and peaceful, food is amazing And the price are extremely reasonable, I had a slight headache and asked for Panadol and the staff actually provided it to me for free, excellent service!

Rather under staffed but nonetheless, the staff worked diligently and were friendly. Just be a bit patience and you will enjoy your evening. Generally, satisfied with food and services. Will be back again

Awesome dining experience in the restaurant for the first time. The environment so romantic for couples to dine there anytime. I would like to thank the service crews for making pleasant dining for us.

Restaurant is located in hortpark, surrounded by the greenery, pretty with good ambience. Food is great, especially the Quattro pizza. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The food was delicious and wonderful. The ambiance is great and we enjoyed the nice bottle of wine. I will definitely return again. Making another reservation soon.

We dined at the Vineyard after a visit to the excellent HortPark. We ordered the Full Breakfast Club, which was abysmal. It comprised sausages, bacon, eggs on ciabatta, truffle fries, mushrooms and salad - food that we could have prepared ourselves at home. Probably we should visit again and try something else on the menu. The staff service was very friendly and attentive, though, and the ambience was very nice. Best part has to be the restaurant's bouncy castle which is a big hit with the kids.

Place was beautiful and ambience was great. Service was a little slow though and it seems that they were a little shorthanded. Will definitely go ahead.
