The service was bad and slow. We were there at 12pm, and waited till 1.30pm, the food was still not served. Had to cancel the order and left without eating

Food was good but the service was slow and not very attentive even though it was not that busy. It took an age to order and the food all came at different times. I would urge the owner to get this under control - this was the second time I have been - the first time the service was also very slow.

Service can be improved. Set lunch items came quickly but got wine order wrong; forgot expresso order and slow to bring check. To their credit they made amends by not charging us for expresso.

Location is lovely! But all the wines and beer we asked for were not available at this location. Food was average. Salad was good, but the pizza's base was not crisp - they were soggy

Simple, small and good service. Prices are affordable and yet the food was great. Had a pleasant evening with my family. There is also AMEX promotion which was an added bonus.

The food is good. Atmosphere is cosy for family dining. Service although slow, & service staff a little forgetful, they are still polite when reminded of forgotten orders.

Tasty food. Delighted to see a bouncy castle set up to entertain kids on a sat. Restaurant isn't big so it's wiser to make reservation if u need indoor seats.

The food was excellent. . The portions were generos and the beautiful sunset view was a bonus. We had a great family dinner outing and will plan to go back again.

Ordered the beef cheek risotto, the beef wasnt good. The scallop in the linguini was rubbery too.. The ambience and service were great though! May give it another try

Food quality is not worth the price--better options for the money and won't return. Out of the group, each person got food 15 min. in between one another. So across the table, it took 30 min. between the first person getting their dinner to the last person. The bread was good but not wouldn't return again nor recommend to friends.

Great ambience with excellent service! The food was yummy and portion size was just right. Tables are not too close to each other which is good.

Great experience ! This is our 2nd visit and it continues to be a pleasurable one. We tried a few other main course on the menu and we are impressed with the "Roasted chicken in the pot" dish. It is delicious and tasty. The chicken is tender and juicy. This would be one of our frequent restaurant.

Have a celebration for my wife's birthday over there. Good ambiance with delicious food. Service is good. But they didn't follow the instruction that I stated in Quandoo's remark box. Kind of little disappointed.

Great ambience and food. Lovely place to spend your weekends, especially so for families with kids given the nice bouncy castle and of course Hort Park itself.

The food wasn't served warm and the attention to details of the table ware was poorly done. Asking for warm water but was given boiling hot water. Told server our area was cold and air-con was adjusted. Overall, forgettable experience.

It was a nice sunny afternoon, but the aircon does not seem to be working well in the restaurant. It was warm until I requested the waiter to turn the aircon cooler. The service was very slow, we waited 15-20mins for the entrée to be served, and there was no smiles from the waiter and waitress throughout the whole lunch. It was a nice place, but the experience was dampened. Very different experience from the 1st time I was there, that's why I had wanted to bring my colleagues to this place again. It was a little disappointing this time.

Vineyard is in Hortpark, the nature surrounding the restaurant gives a relaxing and nice ambience. The wagyu beef is excellent! Loved their desserts too. Service is also professional!

It was a good dining experience. They personalized the cake for my friend's birthday and she liked it a lot. Will definitely head there again soon.

Restaurant was slightly understaffed at some stage but awesome service rendered by the restaurant Manager. Thank you for making this simple birthday lunch a success! Food quality was good too although portions were small.

Long wait for food...even the salad.. The restaurant seems to be understaffed. They tried to compensate the Long wait with pecan nuts and apricot. Had a complimentary magarita as well.

Quiet and romantic atmosphere with friendly staff, food was good, although the variety could be more. Went for a walk with my girlfriend after dinner at hortpark, totally a wonderful package.

the beef cheek was really good, soft and melts in the mouth. Would be nice if the meal came with a saucer of gravy on the side. Service was fantastic.

I visited Vineyard at Saturday evening 6pm with my family including 5yeards old girl. Taste & Service is very good also price is reasonable. Will try Lunch time again.

I am liking this place more and more. The outdoor seating (thru the restaurant) was so private and quiet. Service was great and the food was delicious.

A tad understaffed. Service is decent and pleasant though a little slow. Online booking system does not accurately reflect the timing as they subsequently changed the timing by phone.

This is my second visit here. We decided to get a bottle of wine to go with our food. The house wine we got was nice and full bodied.

ambience is good but background music a bit noisy. also seems like the sound got reflected as restaurant gets a bit noisy with the guests chatting. service is a bit slow and service staffs are not very efficient but food is tasty.

The food was delicious and I like the wine that came with the dinner. We were given outdoor seating and it was quiet and cozy.

Good ambiance, attentive service and good food. We had the mussels and the 2 types of risotto - both were quite well prepared. Perfect for date nights and sanity breaks.

Quality of food and ambience was good. As we were there for an early dinner (6:30pm), the restaurant was not as crowded hence service was reasonable. The male Service Staff dropped by our table a few times to make sure we were ok. We did indicate during reservation that it was a birthday celebration; however, it seemed like another normal reservation. To better enhance the guest experience, the staff should have paid more attention to such details.

Great ambience and food is fresh! The steak is cooked to just right level. We loved the onion soups, so creamy and flavoursome. Highly recommended. Will go again.
