Influenced with Asian flavour profiles, the Italian menu (from $68++) features a 5 course selection of dishes created with locally farmed ingredients. Be charmed by the Mushroom Consommé, meticulously prepared for over 3 hours by straining the mushrooms with egg white to achieve beautiful golden hue soup packed with umami goodness.
Try the Poached Barramundi, featuring the freshly harvested barramundi from local farm, Ah Hua Kelong, and cooked with lemongrass curry velouté to enhance its flavours. For the health-conscious, the menu features locally farmed hybrid vegetables. The unique italian riceball Saffron Arancini is filled with omnimince; a vegan plant-based meat to replace the usual protein while retaining its quality.
