Hospitality and ambience was great,price was okay and food was good.

There was a lady waiter who took the initiatives to put some serviettes for our table, thank you ! I was wondering they should have a bowl of water with lemon for us to rinse our hands? I went to the toilet 2 times to wash hands.

I just went for the Hi Tea today with my family of 4. The variety of food isn’t that many but importantly, none of the dishes is tasty. To make this worse, there was a cockroach at the bowl where the laksa station was. When we alerted the staff, he just said Aiyo and remove th few bowls. We then told him that the cockroach crawled on the other bowls as well and he removed them subsequently. The overall experience is lousy and I will not go back again for the poor quality of food and service!

Reasonalbe price, especially when I have a special coupon. Food is so-so though. I prefer the desserts.

Satay dish was good with lean chicken meat, laksa broth was good too, full of flavours. Siew mai was very meaty. Overall dining experience was good with cozy ambience for family with the eldery. I had a great time with my parents and most of the dishes were suitable for them and catered to their taste buds.

My family members are happy dining at Tiffany Furama. The memu waks good spread. However, Service staff were busy and clearing was a little bit slow. The staff were friendly n courteous!

A regular here. Ambience is cosy and nice. Overall the spread is decent and food are nice. Great if they can provide some more local food like popiah, fried beef hoon and juices.

Nice ambience. After eating each round, the staff will clear the plates quickly, good service.

The air conditioning was not cold, which made the environment quite uncomfortable. Additionally, some of the food items were not labeled, making it difficult to know what was being served.

The food was still warm throughout our dinner. They serve waffles which we could cook ourselves

The buffet spread was very good, a very wide choice of food from local to western. The food was also very tasty.

Quite a variety of food but not very fresh. very squeezy sitting. but good enough.

I recently dined at Tiffany with two friends, drawn by the attractive MOE35 promotion and nostalgic memories from my last visit over 30 years ago. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and I felt apologetic for having suggested the venue to my friends. The ambience was disappointing. The hotel appears to be in need of significant refurbishment—the décor and furnishings felt dated and worn, giving the impression that little has changed over the decades. This detracted from the overall dining experience. Service was similarly underwhelming. Both over the phone and in person, staff appeared tired and disengaged. While they remained generally polite, the lack of warmth and enthusiasm made the interaction feel transactional rather than welcoming. That said, the buffet offered reasonable variety for the price. I especially enjoyed the fresh prawn laksa and durian purée. However, there were some quality issues—the mud crab meat was soft and lacked freshness and the ondeh ondeh had an overly thick skin that compromised its texture. While the promotion offers good value, I don’t foresee returning due to the ambience, service and inconsistencies in food quality.

I love the delightful experience I had during my visit to the cafe. The cozy seating atmosphere for relaxation,it has been my favourite place to spend time with friends.

The staff are very friendly. Especially Mary who answered our questions and checking with us if everything was ok. The food was not that bad after all, especially the durian pengat which still maintained its standard. The cakes were delicious too. However, the aircon was not strong enough at where we were seated.

Food quality and spread are good. Buffet price is reasonable especially with promo and senior discount. Environment is good and staff is friendly. Overall experience was good.

Very good staff n food well flavoured with variety great ambience

Service from the staff was really good. I loved the laksa and the durian pengat. The Mala lobster and crabs were good too. Perhaps there could be more variety to make it better
