My favourite dining place which i often booked. Even xmas eve dinner i ordered their xmas package for home party. Beside the cashier, I think all the staffs are friendly, the food was yummy and price is reasonable compared to other hotels. 👍👍👍

We have enjoyed the lunch. It’s a pleasant and relaxing experience. Nice place to have group lunch. Food is great.Staffs are amicable and friendly.

I make a reservation at 730pm , when I reached the restaurant at 7pm , I was told to wait until 8pm , then I can dine in. The front desk told me to wait for their second sitting which only starts at 8pm . What is the point to make reservations and they even told me they have no records of my reservation. This is the most terrible experience, that I have come across from a prestigious hotel !!! Spoilt my Christmas eve dinner!!!!!! I will never recommend anyone to this restaurant, and sorry to say , your booking platform is useless and not efficient at all !! What a shame !!

It was a good dinner with my family. I was too late to take the bread for some butter spread and the fruits. I wish for more top ups. However, I enjoyed myself with 4 cups of ice-cream!

My friends and I make it a point to meet at Tiffany's once a year, specifically on Saturday between Christmas day and New year's Day. It's a tradition! btw, this year we were disappointed that cucumber drink was unavailable. However, the lemongrass was nice.

It was difficult to understand the host and the food was quite ordinary. Then we waited far too long for chocolate cake that had an odd taste. It just wasn’t worth it.

Had the pre Christmas buffet. It was really good. Plenty of choice, all tasty, & and amazing value.

Food and beverages are nice except that the cakes not sufficient and cooked vegetables not sufficient. Hot beverages cups are too big and the cup is too big and hence beverages also too much for us to drink. Should have smaller cups and rhe amount of hot beverages should be lesser. Fried big fish also not enough.

There was a lady waiter who took the initiatives to put some serviettes for our table, thank you ! I was wondering they should have a bowl of water with lemon for us to rinse our hands? I went to the toilet 2 times to wash hands.

I just went for the Hi Tea today with my family of 4. The variety of food isn’t that many but importantly, none of the dishes is tasty. To make this worse, there was a cockroach at the bowl where the laksa station was. When we alerted the staff, he just said Aiyo and remove th few bowls. We then told him that the cockroach crawled on the other bowls as well and he removed them subsequently. The overall experience is lousy and I will not go back again for the poor quality of food and service!

Reasonalbe price, especially when I have a special coupon. Food is so-so though. I prefer the desserts.

Satay dish was good with lean chicken meat, laksa broth was good too, full of flavours. Siew mai was very meaty. Overall dining experience was good with cozy ambience for family with the eldery. I had a great time with my parents and most of the dishes were suitable for them and catered to their taste buds.

My family members are happy dining at Tiffany Furama. The memu waks good spread. However, Service staff were busy and clearing was a little bit slow. The staff were friendly n courteous!

A regular here. Ambience is cosy and nice. Overall the spread is decent and food are nice. Great if they can provide some more local food like popiah, fried beef hoon and juices.

The air conditioning was not cold, which made the environment quite uncomfortable. Additionally, some of the food items were not labeled, making it difficult to know what was being served.

The buffet spread was very good, a very wide choice of food from local to western. The food was also very tasty.

Quite a variety of food but not very fresh. very squeezy sitting. but good enough.
