This Christmas, the Michelin-starred Summer Palace invites you to a celebration that unites craftsmanship, heritage, and the spirit of togetherness. The five-course set menu reflects the artistry of Cantonese cuisine — where seasonal treasures and time-honoured techniques come together in harmony.
Savour Bi Feng Tang roast turkey with cranberry, double-boiled sea treasure soup presented in pumpkin, and pan-fried wagyu beef perfumed with truffle. Each course is thoughtfully composed to express the joy of reunion — the essence of a true Cantonese celebration, reimagined for the festive season
