Summer Palace’s 5-course Seasonal Tasting Menu features ingredients at the height of their seasonal peak. Each course is crafted with meticulous precision, employing Cantonese techniques to enhance the intrinsic flavors and textures of the produce. Designed to suit both focused business lunches and intimate evening dinners, the menu delivers a discerning interpretation of Cantonese gastronomy that evolves seamlessly with the seasons.

Rice Dumpling Collection 2026
This Dragon Boat Festival, Summer Palace presents a handcrafted collection of rice dumplings rooted in longstanding Cantonese traditions and seasonal rituals.
A labour of craftsmanship by the restaurant’s Michelin-starred culinary team, each rice dumpling reflects the patience and time-honoured techniques behind one of the season’s most enduring culinary traditions.
This year’s collection features:
-Signature Traditional Rice Dumpling, Kurobuta Pork, Shiitake Mushroom, Chestnut, Green Beans, Dried Scallop, Roast Duck & Salted Egg Yolk
-Black & White Rice Dumpling, Red Bean Paste with Osmanthus Honey
-Nyonya XO Rice Dumpling, Kurobuta Pork, Dried Scallops & Shrimp

Father's Day Weekend Menu
At Summer Palace, Father’s Day unfolds through a refined Cantonese set menu, where Michelin-starred technique meets a celebratory sense of occasion.
Available for dinner, the menu gathers families around signature dishes that highlight richness, nourishment, and seasonal balance, staying true to the essence of Cantonese dining.
Select dishes include braised lobster in supreme stock, steamed soon hock with fungus and red dates, and a restorative double-boiled black chicken soup with fish maw, bird’s nest, and American ginseng.
