Summer Palace’s 5-course Seasonal Tasting Menu features ingredients at the height of their seasonal peak. Designed to suit both focused business lunches and intimate evening dinners, the menu delivers a discerning interpretation of Cantonese gastronomy that evolves seamlessly with the seasons.
