Food is as good as usual! Favourite Sichuan restaurant. Great service as well
Tried Si Wei Mao Cai recently and really enjoyed the variety. We went for the mutton rib skewers, romaine lettuce, spicy chicken, and beef cumin — and everything hit the spot. The mutton rib skewers were juicy and well-seasoned without being too gamey. The beef cumin was especially fragrant, packed with that classic cumin kick and just the right amount of spice. Spicy chicken had a nice heat to it without overpowering the flavours, and the romaine lettuce helped balance things out with a bit of freshness. Flavours were bold and satisfying overall, especially if you enjoy that Sichuan-style spice profile. Portions were decent and great for sharing. Service was quick and efficient, though it can get a little busy during peak hours. Solid choice if you’re craving something flavourful and a bit indulgent.
Food was good plus the friendly staff made the dining experience fantastic! Generous portions and fair prices for authentic Sichuan flavours. The 麻麻鳝鱼 was the highlight rich numbing spice, fresh eel and very addictive
Never disappoint me. One of the best sichuan restaurants in SG. Will definitely visit again.
Food was amazing as always. Will come here when craving for spicy food.

Most of the food on the menu are tasty. Recommend La Zi Ji, stewed potato, twice cooked pork
Food was very good, the 三色牛肉 was very special with 3 types of different flavors
The food was great and the service was quick. Overall, a good experience.
Mao Cai is a satisfying and flavourful one-pot Sichuan dish. Its spicy, aromatic broth is packed with bold flavours, combining numbing peppercorns and rich spices. Customisable with fresh meats, vegetables, and tofu, every bite is hearty and addictive. Perfect for spice enthusiasts seeking an authentic and warming culinary adventure.
Great selection of Sichuan dishes with good price. Atmosphere is also relaxing and not as chaotic as other Chinese restaurants at Chinatown. Highly recommended!
Some dishes are quite unique compared to other Chinese restaurant.. Taste is of stronger side.. Good to try
overall good quality but a bit loud inside the room
Second time visiting, food is good. Restaurant is clean too.
Good food. They delivered our customized request. Staff are alert.
Service girl not great, she keeps dropping things, including on customers
Good value and tasty Mao Cai. Seating space a bit tight though.
Food is pretty good - mapo tofu is quite good but say less oil
The 水煮魚 is delicious. The fish is fresh and the both perfectly numbing and spicy. The price is also value for money for the portion. Our usual place for Szechuan food
Food is delicious. The portions are generous. We had the Peppercorn Frog, Garlic Stems with Pork Belly, Minced Lamb with Steamed Bun and Braised Tofu for the 4 of us. More than enough. The wait staff/ boss stopped us from ordering more : ) Spice levels are manageable, you can tell them to adjust the spice levels anyway.
Typical Chinese restaurant not awfully noisy well patronised by all races
Good comforting sichuan food at reasonable price. Highly recommended to everyone!
good value, overall condition is good, recommended. will visit next time
