ShuKuu Japanese Izakaya

Went for dinner at 7pm. It was crowded but food serving was alright didn’t wait too long. Quality of food was good, pricing abit high side.

Ordered plenty of food for 4 pax! Almost all of them are yummy ! Love the cheese chip dip with honey & the grilled skewers- beef & pork belly

Crowded so we had to take an outdoor table. Staff recommended a few sakes based on our preference and allowed us to try before ordering. Food was average.

Love the food. The service are good overall. Only tge first waitress spilled the water on the table and doesnt bother to wipe.

My regular place for sake and yakitori, especially when I bring overseas friends. Never fails to please them!

Wonderful selection of Sakes! And good recommendations from the staff. The staff were very friendly! It would be good to display maybe on the table the WiFi for the place so that more people will be inclined to take more photos and tag the place. :)

Food is good but utensil and restaurant is VERY DIRTY

The overall experience was okay, the service was good and the food was just average. It wasn't terribly expensive, but I'm not very sure if it was worth the cost.

Probably it’s Friday so the restaurant is packed and shorthanded of staff

Food was generally super fatty and salty. Skewers took very long time and there was too much salt on them. Karaage was dry and the fried coating was too thick. Tartar sauce was way too fatty. Chicken skin was too fatty. 1.5-2 hours after the meal, stomach got very bloated and had watery diarrhea. Price is way too expensive for the quality. Not recommendable.

Love the food and price was reasonable. However as I was drinking sake by carafe, the staff who served was unable to tell me the name of the sake of the week which they were serving.

Came for a friend’s birthday. Didn’t disappoint with the great food and good service. The vibe of the place is always buzzing, feels really like one has stepped into Tokyo!

Brought friends from Australia and for them this was a great soft introduction to Japanese food with the great fusion and combinations. We tried some sake and were pleasantly surprised!

Came for friends farewell meal, we had a nice time, always good vibes here and the meal was umami bomb of deliciousness!

When the dinner crowd comes in, I think the next table Japanese customers are talking quite loud. Overall the sake was good, which was recommended by the Sake manager. The food is good, we ordered the started, sharing plates that are recommended by the service crew too. Their service is great~
