Sear Steakhouse

Visited on a Monday night - chill and quiet atmosphere. There’s choice of indoor and outdoor seating (however if you were to order the special steak promo, you could only take the outdoor seats though there’s plenty of empty seats indoor). Friendly staff overall. Food was alright.

The small servings were to be expected as I understand it's a bit fancier but the quality of the food was very average. The duck was tough and dry, the butter for the bread (which used to be more like a mousse) was frozen and flakey. It felt like everything was VERY pre-prepared. Won't be coming back for the set lunch.

We had the Sear taster which had 3 different steaks at 100g each. It was good. We had a good time there.

My 2 friends had diarrhoea this morning and I didn’t. The only thing they had which I didn’t was the steak.

I had called the restaurant a day before to check if I could change the sides accompaning the main dish to fries or mashed potato and was told it was possible. At the restaurant, the waitress told me it cannot be done and I had to aske her to check thrice with the person who took my call before they relented. Waited for so long for the food and it turned out saltier than usual. A bad bad bad experience

For dinner with family that may not be the best, but the overall atmosphere was OK; less crowded than I expected; food is just OK and not that fantastic. A little Pricely !

I came for the Oct promo, the portion is small may be just nice for the lady. Only allowed to sit outdoor, which can get cigarettes smoke. Overall, food quality is good.

Poor service form the staff. waited 15 min till some came to our table. Wine bottled was put on fridge and had to ask to top up.Bread was old and dry.when main course was served the waiter did not cleared the table first before serving main course. seemed like an unorganized team!. The floor manager had his shirt unbuttoned which is not right in such a place!!

All was good, but was a little (unpleasantly) surprised that they only strictly allowed black coffee with the set, and charged extra for a flat white.

Been there a few times. Food is no doubt the best I’ve ever tasted. On the other end of the scale, service is the worst I’ve ever seen. Yesterday, they had a promo and had engaged more helpers so service was much better. Otherwise, it’s either they were aloof or they screw things up. Hope they keep up.

Came here for a birthday celebration recommended by a friend. No regrets, Food was awesome so was the place. Excellent service with wine recommendations and the mini surprise w the cake! Thank you to the staff that serve us. And definitely strongly recommend everyone to check this place out

We were there for the mis-steak promotion ($18 sirloin). Food was tasty. Service was good as they shifted us indoor due to the haze, despite the promotion stating 'only applicable for outdoor seating'.
