Food is very good. The toufu is very fresh and soft, rice portion is big and the side dishes are all very tasty especially for the fish. Price is on the steeper side otherwise strongly recommend.
Bought my nieces yesterday for dinner, staff is fast to lead us to our reserved seats and serving is fast too. My nieces love the tofu stew and spicy chicken which I recommended it and I'm glad they love it too, the place as well as the food. Kamsahamnida. ^^
Food is great, especially the seafood tofu soup and spicy octopus. Service is excellent with very friendly staff. Will definitely be back again for more!
The service, ambience & food were average at best. A bit overrated I guess. Guess it may have charms which I didn't see. Unlikely to patronize at there again
Delicious galbi! Go for the medium soondubu as the spicy i really hot! Better if they have more side dishes like the ones in LA!
My friends and I enjoyed the fresh tofu and the ribeye bulgogi. Good portion of food. Friendly staff and service. Pleasant environment, too. Will surely visit again.
I have visited SBCD Korean Tofu House for a couple of times. I found the food especially the tofu soup very nice. Their lunch sets are worth the money as I normally order 2 to 3 different sets to be shared among my friends. I especially like their Hot plate beef ribs and their octopus.
This is my 5th time there but first time during dinner time on a weekend. Food is always consistently good but the service was lacking this evening. We went in a group of 9 and for some reason my order was served a good 29 minutes ahead of everyone else. Needless to say by the time everyone's food arrived mine had turned cold. One of the server didn't seemed able to accord even a smile each time she walked into the room. That was compensated by the manager's pleasant and helpful attitude but still given the slow customer traffic compared to when I usually go during lunch, this was a disappointing evening.
I had the original Soontofu (pork) with teriyaki chicken combo and it was quite delicious. It would have been a "complete" meals if the restaurant serves desserts. Perhaps tofu cheesecake or tofu ice-cream?
Very homely and quiet restaurant. Enjoyed the food and ambience. Service was also pleasant with very nice corn tea served free flow. Will go back again
Service was prompt and ambience was good. We ordered soontofu. The tofu was excellent. The only problem was that I had chosen mild as the spice level whereas my companion had chosen spicy. Both soup turned out to be of the same spiciness so I gathered my order was wrong in terms of the spice level. It was too spicy for me. Will go again for the tofu but will be careful to ensure that the spicy level is correct so that I can drink the soup.
