this is our n-th visit to the restaurant over the years. it remains fairly consistent in terms of its service, food quality and the environment. great view. will come back again soon.

It was a wonderful night! We went earlier than our reservation and had seats immediately. Go earlier if you want to see the day view slowly turning into the night view. Food and service was awesome as usual!

Service is excellent. My wife who is pregnant was surprised with the service. They prepare a pillow for her to put behind her back. They are also very considerate and make sure that all the food suggested and food is fully cooked. There was no raw food suggested for us. They were always making sure my wife is comfortable. ^^

Service was excellent. Food was delicious and it was really a good experience. My initial plan was to try the food cause I might want to host my wedding here. Definitely will come back again for other food. Thanks alot (; #teamgoondu

Food was very delicious and sorbet was fantastic. However, the service staff was not v good, forgot our order and reminded them twice. Manager apologizes and waived the cost of the item. It helps that he came by automatically without our request.

Attentive service. It'd one of the best observatory dinings in Singapore at Level 55. The wagyu beef rump medium rare is amazing. Best of all, Baby friendly!

Fantastic service and food. However, blue fin tuna mains was below expectation. Fish lacks flavour and freshness. Other dishes were delightful. Couple of children running around, screaming and one vomited. Not a place suitable for children below 12, hence please look into imposing a children policy as most diners seem disturbed by the lack of adequate ambience.

The waitress and waiters are very polite and helpful; Feeling a bit hot at the seat which is under the sun; The food are generally tasty but the desert is rather sweet

Salt is perfect for a special celebration and never disappoints with its location, great service and excellent food. Salt is our first choice for making memorable occasions extra special.

The view was stunning and this restaurant is kid friendly, they have kid's menu. Taste of the food was not up to my expectations. It was an okay place of you would like to have a good view of Singapore and a nice place to get a drink at the bar. Need to improve on taste of the food.

Excellent customer service and fabulous food which was beautifully presented. Lovely setting in a relaxed atmosphere. Will definetly return. Our overseas guests were very impressed.

I did not expect such type of a chewy scone, it was tasteless, and no free flow of coffee of tea for the high tea platter.

Service and food was excellent. The Kurobuta pork was still soft and juicy despite our request to have it well done. We also thought that the bone marrow was excellent. The Australian was absolutely refreshing! Thank you for making this dining experience a memorable one for us.

Excellent customer service. The appetizer, main course, wine and dessert were great. the medium rare steak could have been better though. but overall was good. The male Ukrainian manager should be commended.

A real treat for special occasions, the bread was so soft and crunchy at the crusts, chips are incredibly yummy with the dips, service was attentive, all the food we ordered was perfectly delicious!

Good set lunch menu. Value for money. Service staff were attentive, maybe because it was less crowded. We enjoyed the quiet ambience which allowed us to chit chat and enjoy the food plus scenery.

Nice cozy place for a beautiful dinner. Great view at an affordable prices for drinks. Bar is run by a one man show and can be busy on weekends.

Good view is a highlight. The food selection is good, but pricy. The presentation of the food not very innovative and the food quality not top notch. The service OK but a bit slow, mainly due to lack of staff.

Very attentive and polite waiters/waitresses. We were promptly shown to the lift door leading to the restaurant after arriving at the concierge at level 4. The food was good, I especially like the mashed potato, it was probably the best I've tasted so far.

The barramundi dish was superb ! The ambient was excellent with a nice city view. Will be visiting more often with my friends. The staff were well trained and courteous !

Service prett inattentive. Took ages for someone to come to us once seated. Then we were handed a cocktail ist- even though we did not want cocktails. Waited ages. Then when someone did come along the service was ok but patchy- filled up some glasses at the table, not all. Food was hit and miss- my wife and kids were ok but overpriced. Mine was confused flavours - scallops - too much xo sauce drown the seafood flavour of the scallops and the Barra was mushy and ill defined flavour wise. Pity- great spot.

Very friendly, attentive and prompt service! Celebrated bf's birthday during lunch, we have a great time and great view. There's even a complimentary photo of us against the beautiful view from the restaurant as a surprise gift. The food serving are quite little to be honest as I wasn't full hahahhaa

The overall pricing for the afternoon set lunch was value for money given their superb services and the awesome view at the level 55 of ION Orchard and..not forgetting the delicious food like the salmon which melted in my mouth :)

It was really one of best father days present I have had:) A nice dinner with my beautiful view over the Metropolitan Singapore! The servers of the restaurant were very good and very friendly ! Very friendly and detailed staff who described the food before serving. The attention to details and hospitality is excellent from start to finish. Food was good and the view is superb. The request to have a birthday surprise is done well. Very grateful for their attention to details.

Speaking Chinese waiter bad attitude, it seems very reluctant to introduce food for us. Afternoon tea 38 sets of things gorgeous but not affordable! Good scenery, foreign service staff is also good, mainly a good location, the main salmon sashimi is also generally nothing more!

Great vista, food underwhelming. Entree foie gras not saucy enough and no dressing on dry salad leaves, both mains no starch. Beetroot featured heavenly on set menu, sorbet and second dessert very nice. Service adequate

My girlfriend and I spent a delightful lunch at Salt Grill & Sky Bar. Before our entree arrived, the staff served up toasted bread, followed by complimentary homemade assorted chips with dip. Both of our entrees and main course arrived shortly after. As it was my girlfriend's birthday, I have contacted them in advance to end the dinner with a chocolate lava cake which comes with a personalized message. The cake was served with a candle by our waiter, who then wished her a happy birthday, and to my surprise he offered to help us take a photo and have it printed for us. The service was quick and professional, everything went very smoothly and I was genuinely surprised by the extra step that they took to make my girlfriend's birthday memorable. Food wise, presentation was great, taste was average. The pork was rather dry, and the duck was a tad too salty, apart from that, the rest of the food was not too bad. All in all, both of us were very pleased with the service, and we will definitely be coming back in the future.

Excellent service provided by the wait staff - my dad received a special Happy Father's Day plating for his dessert even though we did not indicate that we were celebrating Father's day. Good view and affordable set lunches.

I think the service staff lacked warmth. They were by no means rude but certainly could smile a bit more. The food was excellent though.

Service was tip top and food was delicious. The ambient was so comfortable that we started dinner at 715pm and chat till 1130pm. Definitely will revisit this good place.

ambience is good and while the view from the restaurant is excellent, the rest of the view from the non restaurant part is closed until 3 pm which is a pity. Food is acceptable although range is limited. Nice private area available to hold a 30 ppl function.

It is too pricy and portion of food is small. Service is good. Food not not so platable. Will not go next round. Atmosphere is clean and nice.

Good quality food, impeccable service standard, and very reasonable pricing against a breathtaking view, I'm really too ashame to give this place only 6 stars.

I like the ambience and scallops. There's no need to order side dishes because the main and entree are filling enough

Excellent night view and love the relaxed ambience; would have liked a table closer to the window though. Service was great and especially liked the chips and dip served before the meal!
