Given the current climate surrounding COVID-19, many authorities are placing restrictions on social gatherings. In the best interest of everyone’s safety, we are continuously updating the availability of our partner restaurants to reflect these measures. We encourage people to still support the restaurant industry in other ways.Learn how
One of the many wildly successful Singapore ventures spearheaded by restaurateur Michael Ma and his IndoChine group, Saint Ma Garden Dining finds itself in the Suntec City Mall sky garden, where it’s all about dining out alfresco on innovative Southeast Asian and European-Asian fusion dishes. A huge venue, Saint Ma Garden Dining can accommodate up to 1000 people and is easily accessed from Promenade, Esplanade and City Hall stations. With a baroque sensibility informing the decor alongside the outdoor scene of vertical gardens and palms, Saint Ma is an ideal place to experience the IndoChine group of restaurant’s ‘nutraceutical’ approach to cuisine – lots of raw food and organic produce, and ingredients sourced from eco-friendly suppliers to make for an incredibly fresh and novel menu. Find Saint Ma along Temasek Boulevard – but be sure to book for this luxurious destination.
beautiful atmosphere. a bit pricey but the surroundings and service more than make up for it.
We are regular at Indochine Chijmes and this time we wanted to give a try at suntec Indochine sky garden for a change. It was our first time. The decor was beautiful and welk lit. However the waiter and barman was hesitant to allow to taste the wine and had a questioning attitude as to why would we want to taste? While we were looking at the menu , I asked for a glass tap water and the waiter said they don't serve tap water but only bottled still or sparkling water. That killed the evening and we left.
The food was a letdown. Been to Indochine several times at other outlet but this time the food was a disappointment. However the service was excellent!
