The service was great and customer centric. The food variety can be improved.

The signature crab meat fried rice has been removed from the menu. This has not been replaced by a suitable alternative.

The service is great as always. Space is taken up by the temporary club which makes it rather cramped.

Service by April, Rey, Wenz, Paul and Louis were great. Menu variety needs improvement.

Lunch ambience was rather lacking. Seating is awkward amidst a heavy lunch crowd and there is shortage of manpower. Staff are friendly, though, and they try their best to accommodate requests.

Got a birthday surprise as the service team remembered it was my birthday month. John Hubert and his team, April Joy, Wenz, Rey and Louis were exceptional and they remembered guests' preferences.

Ambience can be improved. While service remains good and professional, the table layout needs further attention. The open concept preparation kitchen also makes for quite a bit of unpleasant noise.

The service was impeccable and personable. The ambience was compromised by a noisy lunch crowd and the food took quite awhile to be served.

Good value considering the recognition of Accor plus membership. Restaurant was rowdy and staff were trying to cope and multitask.

Menu variety can be improved. Ala carte offerings were limited. Emphasis was on Asian fare over Western cuisine.

Service staff were attentive and professional. In particular, the host, Ms April Joy was welcoming and amicable. She made guests feel at home and was patient in explaining menu options.

The wait staff Wenz and team are always attentive to our needs and check in with us from time to time to ensure all is well. Great dining experience coupled with very delicious food.

First visit and it was a pleasant experience. Racines, a French-Chinese restaurant serves both French and Chinese cuisines. But, it's not fusion. Was impressed that they actually have separate French and Chinese kitchens and serve both cuisines here. We tried a little from each cuisine and left with happy tummies. Highly recommended for a visit here.

Enjoyed thoughtful and attentive service and coupled with excellent food- a choice between French and Asian cooking. The hainanese chicken we had was tender and succulent. The barramundi fish was fresh and tender. The bread was warm and served with delicious Demi-sel butter. Thank you to Wenz and team for hosting us.

Was at the restaurant for a celebration. Staff was super attentive and kind, which makes the whole experience even better. In the end before we leave the restaurant, they even gave each of us a bag of Mandarin orange and wish us HAPPY CNY. Such a nice touch during the CNY. Well done!

Lovely view from the restaurant . Had the set lunch. Excellent value and quality of food . Very attentive service . Would high recommend Racine for both a business lunch or lunch with friends .

Staff was good serviced. Food was good except the portion is a little too little for the price. French fries tasted horrible but they didn't charge us for it. Scallop and cod fish didn't have the natural sweetness. Beef cheek was most tender ever.

blur waitress and inflexible system. we asked to cancel 1 dessert and she cancelled for the whole table. we asked her to put back the dessert and she said her system cannot do it. face palm.
