Drinks were delicious, food was yummy, but unfortunately food took a while to be served, slow movement of items out of the kitchen despite the restaurant being less than half occupied

1 for 1 rice bowl is a great deal for the range of different sauces and ingredients used. portions are ok for lunch. the barbacoa and rendang were both tender and tasty enough although both had little to no sauce/rempah, and not spicy I.e. definitely not what you expect rendang to be. still, the meats went well with the guac and salsa. manager was kind to offer us some Oaxacan cheese to try when we were asking about it. like mozarella but more salty and less chewy. we decided on the salad with taugua which was not bad. again an array of ingredients and sauces to try. leafy enough although the burnt corn did not confer it's flavour somehow and the taugua was so so. we were warned about how spicy it was and got the sauces on the side. green sauce was spicy indeed. all in all the food is definitely not amazing but still a good add to the scene experimenting with mexican influenced food at reasonable prices.

The food is really so delicious and filling! We’re so amazed by the flavours. The aesthetics of the restaurant is really beautiful too! Just the warm colours is makes it difficult to truly see the colours of the food. 🤣
