Friendly staffs, good food and overall a really nice speakeasy bar

Lobsters are super sweet, fresh and juicy. Have the lobster roll with wasabi - the combination of hot crusty buttered bun, sweet lobster flesh and spicy overtones will leave you hankering for more! Service staff were also courteous, attentive and efficient.

Lobster was amazing and staff were friendly and attentive. Helped my to charge my phone. Enjoyed the experience and hope to visit the place again.

My first visit, and it exceeded my expectation. Excellent food and brilliant service. Would definitely make a return trip and recommend this restaurant to my friends.

We enjoyed the dishes a lot and the service from the staffs was great! They were attentive and replacing our plates too which was great.

The lobster was really fresh! A balance diet is really having lobster in one hand and a beer in the other. Was craving for cream soup but unfortunately not served in the shop. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant experience!

If you are crazy for lobsters .. this is the place to come ! Lobster Roll ! Chilli Lobster ! Grilled Lobster ! Yum yum !

It was a relatively quiet afternoon there when we arrived. We ordered the grilled lobster and the lobster roll. We chose the bottle of white wine to go along. Food was good. Ambience quiet enough for business lunch. Waiter was attentive.

Truffle lobster roll was so good! Went there for birthday celebration, we thought the lobster chowder was superb delicious ! Will definitely be back for more lobster cravings!

Went there on a not so busy weekday. I had Lobster, Oysters and Mac and Cheese for my wife's birthday. Lobster is fresh. Waitress is attentive and friendly. Prices to the high side IMO. But that is expected, as they have overheads and rental to pay.

Can be a little difficult to get the wait staff as there are two sides of the restaurant. Perhaps there is room for a mini revamp of the space too.

Great ambience. Great food and beverages. Nice place to chill after work. Easy to find the location. Great service. Reasonable pricing. Good portion of food.

Was given a table right by the entrance. Could have assigned a quieter table for reservations

Salad dressing a tad too sweet but lobster serving in the roll was quite generous. The texture of the roll waa excellent. I'll visit again.

A wonderful evening spent at Pince & Pints. Celebrated my daughter’s Birthday last evening & the food was superb. We each had a different order of lobsters - grilled, steamed, lobster noodles & lobster roll. Not a single dish disappointed us. Lobsters were very fresh & fries & salad were also great. To add to the pleasant visit , I must commend the staff for their helpfulness (I was lost & she patiently provided me with direction & told me not to worry about being late ) thoughtfulness ( they surprised my Daughter with a double scoop ice cream with a candle on the top, coffee & melted choc ) and their excellent service. A special mention on the staff Ashley for her cheerful disposition & her attentiveness to our needs. We had a beautiful experience here & will surely be back again. Thank you.

good meal there with lobsters, fries etc. there was some promotion going on for lunch. quite value for money though the lobsters could have been slightly bigger

Food is good but hard to get the service crew attention at times. Limited parking space so be prepared to walk a bit. Still prefer UK Burger and Lobster.

Food is good as usual, lobster is really sweet and fresh. Servers are really attentive and friendly, service is really good. No complains, would definitely go again.

we ordered 2 sets of Lobster Noodles for 2pax. The food is great and portions are huge. :) On seats reservation, you might not need to reserve seats if you are dining on a weekday night. It's kind of empty.

Reservation was smooth. Ordered their popular dishes. Nothing to fuss, nothing special but worth trying! :)

I had a great day at pince & pints. I had Chilli lobster with the bun. The lobster is fresh and it is delicious with the bun. I would definitely come back to try the other dishes on the menu!

The staff are cheerful. They give good advice on what’s good and if the portion is sufficient or too much. Great experience, good food there!

I ordered the classic lobster roll. Generous serving of fresh lobsters. The bun and hand cut fries are yummy. Better than I had expected! Service so so. Ambience is nice.

Chili lobster taste like chili crab but it was good especially it comes with 4 man tou for you to dip the sauce. Their signature lobster roll was good too! The others was just normal.

We really enjoy our dinner yesterday. I love the truffle rolls main course. My daughter love her strawberry milkshake Kudos! We be back soon. Thank you

They serves good quality food with good service. Both white and red wine are sold at reasonable price. We could enjoy white wine with seafood. Superb!

the lobster thermidor i had came out lukewarm. Restaurant was also quite stuffy despite not being crowded. In general, not worth the price paid ($170+)

Very nice food and fast service. Would appreciate a bit more fries and less A/C:). nice for a group but also for couples. Share a grilled and a steamed lobster with someone if you can!

Tasty and very flavorful. Service was prompt and attentive. I had the lobster roll which was as good as that which I had in the U.K. A bit pricey.

Ambienece was good. Quality and portion of food was great and well-valued for the amount we paid for. Will return back again for the oysters as it was completely sold out.

Always love their steam lobsters, but their grilled lobsters can be hit or miss. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here this time.
