It was great the first time I visited(6 months ago) and now, the quality has gone down. Service wise, it was achingly slow despite the presence of 2 other tables only.

The quality of the food was better at the East Coast outlet (katong). Mussel Garlic broth was abit dissappointing but the chili lobster was good.

We had a wonderful time. The service staff was friendly and prompt. The restaurant itself was a bit echo-ey, but not mucuh can be done about that. The large crowd at the other table meant we had to talk a little louder over the table. Otherwise, fantastic food, as always.

The food was outstanding. We had the surf and turf. My steak was slightly underdone from medium well and my friends from medium but it was still delicious. The servers were so helpful and answered any questions we had. We were planning to go back before we left Singapore but could not fit another visit in. Would recommend to all visitors.

Taste of Lobster and Crab were below average, compared to what they described in the promotion email. I guess hard to beat the taste of Chilly Crab in Jumbo or Long Beach. But freshness of Lobster and Crab were very good. May try the Lobster Chinese Style with noodles next time!

Wasn’t too crowded on a Friday night, lobsters were great, really fresh and juicy!

Whole procedure of booking online is fuss free, food and service were good and i enjoyed how we are given our own space during the meal. Floor staffs were very friendly, lovely vibe (and music) in the restaurant. Appreciate the clean toilet and washing corner after meal.

The ambience and service was great. It was my 2nd time here but I feel the food standard had dropped. Nonetheless, i would still come for special occasions.

Additional plates should be given for the empty shells instead of leaving in the clay pot or dining plates. Shortage of staffs to handle special events. Overall food 👍🏻.

Fresh and great tasting lobsters! Great variety on the menu including more unique Cantonese steamed version or lobster noodles, definitely worth a try! Though the number one still definitely is the lobster roll! Fantastic bread!

Service by the staff was amazing. Staffs were extremely attentive and very helpful. Celebrated mother’s birthday there and will not hesitate to have another celebration there in the future. The lobster dishes were really good too!
