Cosy place with good pasta & friendly service. Desserts are ok.
Everything was good, it came recommended by friends. all good
I was relieved that the service was not as bad as the reviews I had read, and was actually very attentive. The pasta we had was delicious too, although the carbonara could be a bit less salty. Would not mind making a return visit for sure!
good food good value, nice waitress. would come back again.
The staff initially arranged high table despite my request for regular table as my Friend has issue getting up. Then the manager changed the table for us and ensured that the table was easy for my Friend to access. Good attentive service!
Everything was great especially the food! My partner and I have decided this place would be our go to pasta restaurant!
small, quaint, with a fantastic playlist; excellent food, service, atmosphere. a terrific spot for a date or even for the family.
Definitely must order the lamb skewers - its very good!
I loved it & I can’t wait to go back!
The tagliolini paglie was very good but the cured meat in the carbonara was too salty.
Good, authentic pasta carbona with hand-made pasta. Pleasant service with a bar counter seat to see the chefs preparing and plating the appetisers and pasta. Will come back for the vongole.
Reception was lukewarm - had better service at Esquina where we moved to for desserts. Entered the restaurant with a couple of shopping bags and was not approached by staff on seating. Made my own way to my place next to a friend who arrived early. Manager gave a slight smile upon my entrance and did not bother to approach, which is rather odd for any restaurant to treat an incoming diner. Having googled online for reviews, I must say one ought to have reviewed more before picking a place for dinner. It appears that the lack in service is a recurring theme in the reviews. Disappointing visit and does not warrant a return.
Great pasta, awesome vibe, great view of the kitchen action from the counter seats
Love the bar seating so you can see all the cooking action live, amazing pasta
Chef Daniel is served my dinner and it was superb.
Went there twice already. Very good pasta and great ambiance
Limited menu and a very salty carbonara. Has promise though. Great ambience and high quality dessert.
Thoroughly enjoyed the rabbit ragu pasta! Will go back to the other pastas
Pastas were cooked perfectly al dente... such a pleasurable meal
Great pasta and nice place!! Highly recommended for dinner. Nice to see the kitchen from the bar
Reallly good buratta and the fresh pastas are great too!
Pasta was fresh, and the sauce was excellent. Easily one of the best pasta I've had in Singapore.
Great pasta. Nice setting. Service was very attentive. Highly recommended.
The beat bursts I’ve ever had in my life ! 2 main course were too much after....counter seats are the best with all the chefs’ action, can be a little warm though. Had a great experience. Can’t wait to be back again
Great food! Especially the truffle pasta. Should try seating at the counter.
Amazing food, highly recommend the chickpeas base pasta for those who want to try something different!
one of the few places with burrata cheese. pasta was average, and over-rated. service crew appeared pressed for time, cleared our dishes the moment it finished. in fact, we still wanted the vinegar/olive oil for our bread, it was cleared without being asked first.
Rude staff and pushy atmosphere. Food was good, though portion was small and overall very expensive. I am unlikely to return.
Great food and service. Gonna try out more variety of pastas. And thanks for finding my car key Declan
Amazing hang made pasta and great service. We couldn't order 2 entrees as we would have had too much food, so the chef kindly prepared a half serve taster of one of the entrees at no charge. Superb!
Tried five pastas - rabbit ragu reginette, Lagane, baked pasta al forno, vongole and carbonara. The pastas are average, imho. Tad too thick for my liking. In general, pastas were al dente but lacked the chewy bite to it. The rabbit ragu was tasty. Don’t order the Lagane - it was generally disliked by my dining group. The carbonara was very average and a bit too saucy for my liking. A good carbonara should have right amount of egg yolk, Romano cheese, pecorino and guanciale fat coating each strand of pasta. Restaurant needs to increase their A/C power. We were sweating halfway through dinner.
The restaurant was too loud, not conducive for conversation. Some of the bar seats are too close to the cooker and do not get any aircon.
Brilliant restaurant and wonderful service. A quiet and ambient setting.
Over all fine.. some unique recipe.. but small place. Hence very crowded.
service was good. huge portion, however limited pasta choices and not al dente.
nice place but a bit too salty to my liking.
Super fresh pasta dishes with wonderful wine in a casual but hip setting.
Wine was great, vongole pasta amazing. The rabbit ragu had at least 5 bones in it. When the waiter cleared we mentioned it (never asked how the meal was). Thereafter we asked for the bill which he presented but never apologised for the food. Leaving with a very average impression.
Had a pre celebration for a dear friend there. One of my friends doesn't know the dish comes with heaps of cheese topping and asked to have it changed and they fulfilled the request. Booking is a definite must as we saw a few groups of walk-ins get turned down. Serving size for the vongole is just right for a small eater like myself.
Hands down the best Cacio Pepe I've ever had. Absolutely divine. Great wine and perfect vibe.
