Lovely touch with the welcome sign on the table. Very relaxed, however, we ordered starters and mains unfortunately they all arrived together. Perhaps we should have requested for them to come separately.

We had a great time. The octopus was not available and that was sad but we'll probably get it next time. A touch expensive but a great experience!!! Will definitely be coming again!

We went to panamericana on Sunday for mother’s day. I will say the experience the 1st time we went was nothing short of exceptional. We were there for Easter and it was absolutely perfect. However this time was a totally different experience. We arrived for our reservation and there was no one manning the hostess stand. We have a 1 year baby and we don’t have a ton of time to wait around. Woh that said. My husband went into the restaurant to let them know we arrived. The gentleman that came out was off from the start. When we ordered drinks he let me know there was a bottomless Mother’s Day drink. Again, I would have just gotten 1-2max glasses of champs but still this was very nice! When the drinks came out, someone brought a whole pitcher of Bellinis to our table plus 2 glasses. My husband and I thought my goodness how generous and what a nice gesture. My husband had already orders his $20 dollar drink but he agreed to have a Bellini with me to cheers me to being a mom! This is where it starts to get weird. The man that took our order (tall older man, dark hair) swings by the table and awkwardly grabs the pitcher off our table without a word. Super awkward. Then once my husband leaves for the toilet he comes by and swiftly takes his full Bellini glass away!! I was horrified and felt super uncomfortable. And by the way, I’ve dined at 5 star restaurants all over the world. Never ever would they take back a drink even if they delivered it to your table by accident. I found it to be so RUDE. He also never checked on our table after our food was delivered. We have a one year old who needed about 300 napkins for his meal but there was no one to be found. Once he reappeared he promoply asked us if we wanted dessert. Once we said no, he annoyingly grabbed our menus with an attitude like we insulted him by not ordering dessert. I mean this guy needs a few training lessons in hospality because I surely won’t go back there again after being treated like that!

we had a table on the outside veranda which was lovely. Unfortunately there was a private party at the indoor restaurant which we had not been advised about on booking, for private events of this size, scale and noise it should be on an exclusive use basis. The service was terrible - no fault of our waiter, he was trying so hard but extremely understaffed and the kitchen was overstretched meaning significant wait for our food and having to chase often. Very disappointing that management did not handle this better and make the venue exclusive use for the party.

Should have told us there was a huge group having a 70s themed party , complete with microphone. Why they didn’t close the place and say private function on , I can only assume greed. Food was nice , Burrata lovely as was the rump steak and the vegetables were cooked really well. but kept having to ask where the drinks were . Outside toilets were filthy. We were seated outside which smelt of cigarettes ,my pregnant Wife couldn’t deal with it so we ate fast ,paid and left , no chilled out South American vibes here .......

Second visit for Easter brunch. Inconsistent food quality as the same dishes we had ordered previously was materially worst Excessively loud music, temp servers and $10 water charge for table made for a disappointing experience.

Multi-purpose venue (we didn’t know this prior to booking) which meant another party was happening (very loud music) so you couldn’t have a normal dinner conversation. Some dishes were excellent (buratta, pork & scallops and lamb) some were below average. The wait staff tried very hard which was great. If you go maybe ask if they have another function going on at the same time.

Lovely views over the ocean. Not huge portions, but authentic cuisine. The flavours in the ceviche were a little overwhelmed by the sauce, but burger was meaty and tasty . Service is excellent.

Ambience: I was not expecting it to be dead given it sells itself as a Latin American establishment. So that was a big fail for me. Food: Menu was really not authentic. I brought a Columbian and Argentinian along with me and we were pretty puzzled by some of th options and flavors. I was massively looking forward to the lamb asador as I fell in love with it in Patagonia but this just tasted like regular grilled lamb, the sauce was weird and we didn’t get any of that crispy skin that we were expecting. Honestly, was embarrassed to have hyped up the place with high expectations that ended up massively falling short. Service: Rather lackluster too. The icing on the cake was when we asked for 3 tacos when the regular portion size was for 2, saying we would pay for the additional one but the server insisted multiple times that we had either get one or two orders and so we ended up getting one.

Mackerel starter was very disappointing but pumpkin was delicious as was sticky date pudding. Sadly though the lack of atmosphere and how closely the tables were together detracted from the experience
