Panamericana Singapore is a casual bar and grill concept restaurant that champions the rich culture and cuisines of the sprawling and iconic Pan-American highway that stretching through North, Central and South America. This stellar dining destination is located within the Sentosa Golf Club and is set against the picturesque Singapore Strait. Panamericana has the asador as its heart and the farm-to-fire concept meaning you’ll find succulent grilled meats alongside fresh seafood and regional street food. A very delicious time, indeed. You’ll also find plenty of expertly mixed cocktails as well as plenty of wine, beers and spirits. This is Latin American-style dining at its very best so book a table and head to Panamericana Sentosa on Bukit Manis Road. You won’t be disappointed!
Dear diners, please note your table will be held for 15 minutes only. Should you be running late, please contact the restaurant directly.
Also, kindly select your preferred dining area (indoor or outdoor) before confirming the reservation. If not, indoor seating will be the default option. Thank you!
So, let’s take a closer look into the menu at Panamericana Singapore, shall we? If you’re dining at the bar and indulging in a cocktail or two, we recommend ordering up the oysters served with a pickled chilli vinaigrette; maple-mustard wings and the pork belly sliders. As for drinks, our favourites are the Panamericana signature 50:50 martini and Pan Am highball made with Monkey Shoulder whiskey, young coconut soda and tea bitters. This is the recipe for a perfect afternoon in Sentosa, folks. You’ll love it!
If you do happen to have a hearty appetite though, we recommend kicking things off at Panamericana Sentosa with starters including scallops served with charred leeks, sea urchin butter and lemon; bone marrow with shallot and thyme confit and the Cuban-style corn. Then, meat lovers will love the Argentinian-style lamb with a rosemary and thyme glaze or the perfectly grilled steak with mustard seed caviar. If seafood is more to your taste, we can’t recommend the Spanish mackerel with herbed yogurt cheese and watercress more. It’s a revelation. Essentially, your best is to book and head to Sentosa Golf Club on Bukit Manis Road. Panamericana is a Latin American-style feast you won’t be forgetting!
I went on weekday for lunch. The property is natural and calm. Foods are awesome, chill, friendly staffs. I would like to go again definitely
Great service and exceptional view especially at the outdoor seating area. Was definitely worth making the trip all the way into Sentosa for this experience.
Great place. Highly recommended for the menu choices/prices and best of all great service which is very hard to comeby . The view is also amazing.
Amazing cocktails and tasty interesting dishes! Lovely setting on the terrace - couldn’t be better! We tried a few of the cocktails and they were all delicious!
The view stunning and we enjoyed it with a cocktail on the balcony overlooking the golf course and the water. Moving inside for dinner, the staff were informed and attentive, giving their opinions on a variety of dishes. It is obvious their training includes tasting all that is made by the restaurant, something I always look for as I like a personal recommendation when faced with a new menu. Food was so good! Seafood ceviche was delicate and tasty, chicken wings morish but the whole chicken stole the show. It came with several sauces and dips which were good on their own but ultimately not needed as the main dish stood fine just on its own. Of course I couldn't resist the churros too....... I'm definitely coming back for more.
Panamericana was great when I visited to celebrate my close friend’s birthday! I loved how it’s tucked away in Sentosa, and more importantly, the food was amazing! Staff members were attentive and friendly, which made us feel welcomed. If you’re looking for a new place to dine, I think it’s worthwhile making a booking here.
Nice spot. Looked like everyone was celebrating Mother's Day there, including a baby shower. Positives - food came fast and was generally nubbad (kids loved their burgers; Mrs enjoyed her pork and scallops. Empanadas and Burrata and Churros were good . Casual ambience so do dress down if you are headed there for brunch. Negatives - over eager staff who can't wait to clear your table, nudge you about more drinks (a regular glass of draught beer is $14!?! Not even half a pint) etc. Would I return? Possibly. Feels like a brunch you'd being out of towners to.
Ambience: I was not expecting it to be dead given it sells itself as a Latin American establishment. So that was a big fail for me. Food: Menu was really not authentic. I brought a Columbian and Argentinian along with me and we were pretty puzzled by some of th options and flavors. I was massively looking forward to the lamb asador as I fell in love with it in Patagonia but this just tasted like regular grilled lamb, the sauce was weird and we didn’t get any of that crispy skin that we were expecting. Honestly, was embarrassed to have hyped up the place with high expectations that ended up massively falling short. Service: Rather lackluster too. The icing on the cake was when we asked for 3 tacos when the regular portion size was for 2, saying we would pay for the additional one but the server insisted multiple times that we had either get one or two orders and so we ended up getting one.
We enjoyed a lot this restaurant. Food and service was excellent. Quality of food was outstanding! For sure we will be going back to Panamericana soon.
Nice ambience and great location. The tables are missing sets or clothes, and the service needs to be slightly better trained (bringing out starters and mains all at the same time). Otherwise a fantastic place they should market better to get more traffic!
