Shutters restaurant is Sentosa Island dining at its very best. The dining space on Larkhill Road is large, fresh and contemporary and features an open-concept kitchen so diners can enjoy watching the Asian and internationally-inspired food being prepared. Whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the food at Shutters is loved in this part of Singapore and for very good reason. It’s thoughtful, fresh, high-quality and very well-priced indeed. Part of Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa, Shutters Singapore is a winner for whatever your occasion might be. Reserve a table now.
Everyone in Singapore knows there’s much to see and do on Sentosa Island, and plenty of people will be quick to recommend Shutters if you were to ask them where to eat. We (and indeed pretty much everyone else) love Shutters because it doesn’t try too hard but still manages to get everything right. From the professional and wonderfully warm service right through to the visually stunning restaurant floor and, of course, the food, Shutters Singapore has nailed it.
Available from the Shutters Singapore menu are sandwiches and burgers – the steak and foie gras burger is a delight – as well as some irresistible meat, chicken and fish options. We’d absolutely recommend the Black Angus steak with truffle fries, and the New Zealand pure south spring lamb rack. Should you fancy flavours from a little closer to home, Shutters also offers a pleasing variety of Singapore signatures by way of fried rice, laksa and more. You’ll find Shutter Singapore on Sentosa’s Larkhill Road where you really ought to head with a reservation in check.
The ambiance was fantastic! The spread was not a lot. Some food are nice but some food are bland. The chef can work better on the popiah and burger.
Serving simple yet nicely made food. Definitely value for the price paid. Nice and relaxing environment. Staff are friendly and very nice to my kids.
Food is good. Staff is very attentive and have service mindsets. Ambience is very good, very convenient with shuttle bus service from Harbourfront MRT to Sentosa.
The environment is good for gathering and the price of the food is price reasonable for a hotel restaurant. Free parking available, though you would have to pay for the Sentosa entrance fee
This was my first visit there for Hi-Tea. I would say their service was good and I would like to give them a thumbs-up for that. As for the food, the spread was limited and can be improved. I look forward to seeing more spread of food in my next visit.
It is a nice quiet place for lunch. The service is good. But the initial steak was overcooked that we had to request for a replacement. They managed to cook the steak right after the second attempt.
Had high tea buffet there. Not much choice but good enough and filling. the special desserts that stand out is the Cempedak Crème Brulee. Environment is cosy and nice. Service is good, there aren't not too many people.
It is a good environment for working lunch and the meal are priced reasonable. It offer free parking though you would have to pay the $2 entrance fee to Sentosa
both the food and service were good. Tried the carbonara and lobster bisque. Worth trying if you booked a room at Amara Sanctuary resort hotel in Sentosa
Good ambience and service. However, be prepared to do lots of walking to get there!
