Good service. Appreciated the cold water for us and the pet.

We patronized numerous times here with our Bichon. The food is pretty good with the ambience environment.

The service was poor - when asked what was the drink he was handing to us for clarification, the male server is unaware of the difference between hazelnut latte and hazelnut milk, thus serving us the wrong drinks. Later, another male server came and asked us what was the drink served while holding our receipt, clearly showing that he is unaware of his own products. While he did rectify by re-serving us our drinks, I cannot fathom the gravity of this simple mistake should one of us is allergic to certain ingredient. We selected indoor as we had an outdoor activity earlier that day, and wanted to cool ourselves. Instead, the indoor area was warm and we were not told that the aircon was malfunctioning until we saw a lady (presumably their head operation) coming out later and trying to rectify the aircon with a controller, which made no improvement. The staff could have advised us that there was an ongoing issue before sitting us down. Is just an overall unlucky bad experience but we were happy to see that there was complimentary milk for the pets. Thank you for taking care of them too. Hope to see improvement should we return :)

air con was dripping right on my hubby's shirt. When service staff switched off the AC, the next table (no fault of theirs!) feedback that it was too warm. If you are known to be a dog friendly cafe, I will suggest for staff to have proper training instead of suddenly taking away plates or clearing the table. There were a few times, the dogs got freaked out by sudden movement of the service staff. Actually he did not even ask if he can clear them, he just came and took away the plates.

Great atmosphere, pets are allowed indoor and food was decent. Staffs were friendly.

Surprised to see this indoor pet friendly place with a menu of service list to be done for pets lover. Unfortunately, my friend unable to stand the smell of dogs indoor, so we have to sit outside for enjoying our dinner and drinks. Overall customer experience at the restaurant was highly positive because they were very polite and we can top up plain water at the counter free of charge. The food here was good too.

It’s a cozy place, the staff is very responsive n the food is great. We found out this from a pawrent - they are 🐶 friendly . So we will definitely come back again.

Brought my pupper for a visit there. Husband and I enjoyed the chill vibes and cleanliness of the place.

Very fun outing to be able to sit indoors with human & furkids. There was a bit of smell though when 1 enters. After a while, you kind of get used to it. We had a nice cheeseburger and Harumi cheese.

Visited on a Wednesday evening with my friends and a dog. Lovely place to chill out and chit chat, and everyone working there was friendly with dogs too. The Mac and cheese was especially yummy!

Foods are great but drinks are abit expensive. place is clean when there are less pets 😅 but the staff are quick in cleaning up the floor, if dirtied by the pets and tables when customers are done with their meal.

Had an enjoyable brunch at the cafe with our pet dog 😀
