Slap-bang on Telok Ayer in Chinatown, Singapore, Noti Restaurant and Bar is dishing out fine Italian food, cooked up under the watchful eye of head chef Toni Rosetti. Specialising in serving comfortingly familiar Italian favourites done with the style and attitude befitting the Italian chef’s formidable experience (Gleneagles in Scotland, Four Season in Milan, Hyatt in Paris, and, of course, London’s Savoy). Diners are heading town to Noti for superior Italian food in a relaxed ambience and with a location ideal for a last-minute get together.
Take a look at Noti’s Valentine’s set menu!
Bringing the flavours of his native Apulia to the shores of Singapore, head chef Toni Rosetti (the restaurant’s name Noti is an anagram of Toni) has taken the city by storm. There is something inherently comforting about Italian food, even when it gets a fine dining makeover as it has got here. The food at Noti is dense, rich and bursting with the flavour of Europe’s most famous cuisine, and while the food is plated beautifully, and the portions are fine-dining cautious, there’s no doubt that this is the kind of food your grandmother would make (if your grandmother was some kind of hugely talented nonna chef.
There are few spots in Singapore better suited to housing Signor Rosetti’s brand of rich, complex Italian food, but Telok Ayer (downtown) fits the bill well. Attracting the city’s cosmopolitan crowd, eager to learn a little more about food from the South of Italy, the Club Street location is proving to be a winner. Noti is a good spot for a casual dinner with superior quality food, or lunch when you need to impress.

The restuarant was excellent! The atmosphere was great atmosphere, and the staff were wonderfully attentive. They provided excellent recommendations for wine and food, and we had a wonderful time there.
Great service and friendly accommodating staff. Food was good as recommend by the staff. Would definitely return. Cosy restaurant that doesn't compromise on the space.
Excellent. We loved the antipasti and seafood platters with great wine and champagne. Best Tiramisu you'll get anywhere! My gf's favourite restaurant and she wasn't disappointed!
This was my 4th time visiting this restaurant. Their service is okay, but you can always find great foods and wines. Definitely visit this restaurant again!
The owner was very friendly and gave us suggestions on the pastas to suit our liking. He came out and chat with us for at least 3 times, how to find such excellent service nowadays! The seafood was also superb, fresh and sweet!
Wait times were a bit long but the restaurant was crowded so it was very forgivable. The food was well worth the wait, though - Great food, great service, lovely ambience, would definitely come again!
Too bad that we coul not eat outside but it was not specified on the website while on week end it is possible as club street is closed to traffic! Correct food and wine. Staff are friendly and nice.
Excellent authentic Italian food, great service and reasonable prices. We shared a generous platter of antipasti and then I had sagne, a traditional, handmade pasta which was delicious. No room for dessert.
Great food and good service as always. And, the evening is never complete without a visit from Tony. Very good wine recommendation. Thanks for a nice evening - it had been too long in coming!
it was really nice restaurant. very cozy and they celebrated my birthday very nicely. People working there were very frendly and will definitely back to the restaurant again.
