Nomiya Izakaya & Sake Bar

First time there and was pleasantly surprised by the food. Especially liked the Nasu, Gold Dust Charcoal Chicken, and Yellowtail collar. Will come back to try other dishes. Service staff were friendly and very patient with our toddler.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere. Even let us choose our own sake cups which made us feel special

Overall, the food was tasty although it is quite pricey.

The Food is nicely cooked and favor, we all enjoy the food served. Maybe can add pictures on your menu so it can speed us for us to choose and order the food.

Everything was quite flavourless. No spices, even the dish that was recommended by the waiter.

Great service and food. Cozy dinning experience even though it can be abit too noisy but overall it is amazing. Interesting dishes with excellent taste. Good selection of sakes as well. Will definitely visit again.

I’ve been coming here all the time for my Izakaya and foie gras chawanmushi fix. Brought another friend here and she’s sold!!! Everything is top-notch as always…

Meat can be done better, rest of the food is good

Went for the three pax set and there were some hits and misses. Mostly it was the chicken dishes (charcoal chicken and skewers) and the charred ebi which didn’t stand out but the rest were great! Highly recommend the seasonal oysters too!! Really also appreciate the warm service, as well as complimentary birthday ice cream and sorbet!

it's a good introduction to izakayas. abit pushy with the up selling. heard the owner egging on a lady to get drinks.. food is not bad. servers are very good.

The wagyu beef skewers were amazing and highly recommended. Loved the chef’s selection for the Yakitori as well as the miso pork skewers! Good sake as well! The place is packed even for a Thursday night !

The grill was good, but the oyster was not fresh and couldn’t eat all…

Wanted to try some food selection I saw on Tik Tok. Didn’t realize that those not available for lunch. Disappointed but lunch still good and good service.

Overall service is slow. Not just on food; even a beer was slow.

Think my fiance and myself visited for at least 3 times, the food is good and we love their chirashi bowl!

Service was great and attentive! Food taste very good, esp the salmon carpaccio and beef stew. The portions were super small though

Service was great from the moment we entered right up to when we left. Everyone was friendly, attentive and gave good recommendations. Enjoyed every dish that was served. Food portion looks small but was just nice to fill the tummy. Sorbet was served at the end to cleanse the tastebuds. A great experience and excellent service. Kudos to the team at Nomiya!

Being there many times and is still my favourite. i just came to know that they have yuzu sake.

We were looking forward to good Japanese food, but it turned out to be some sort of Japanese cum SEA fusion - Japanese food with too much chilli is another way to describe it…it was not advertised as that. Also, don’t book the counter seats, all you see is a wall and the top of the chefs heads - have they something to hide? The staff were pleasant and keen to help.

Hmm not so worth for the price actually. I will not use.

Friendly service and great food. The chirashi don was fresh and they even provided an additional dessert as it was our anniversary :)
