Food was not good. We ordered over 6 dishes and the portions were small. Drinks were average / slightly overpriced. We spent S$80/pp. Will not return.

Food service very slow (1 hour for pasta and burgers) when place was not extremely packed. Half the mains menu and a few of the starters were unavailable. Food is not great. Staff cannot take orders very well and forgot about our bill.

The waiter is nice and friendly, and it is outdoor setting and you can smoke with your beer, Casual quiet atmosphere. Best fish skin ever had nice mussels and duck as well from the finger food menu.

The atmosphere is amazing, stunning view of the city. The service provided is good as well.Drinks are served promptly at the rooftop. However, it requires some time to bring the food up. Definitely worth exploring!

Great place, Nice Ambience, there is a rooftop bar that you can have a drink after your dinner - nice cosy place for chat. My Fiancée and I had a great time there.

A great place to hang out with like-minded & friendly people who love music, singing & dancing in a very casual & "unstuffy" atmosphere .

Warm, friendly and proactive staff who were on hand to help out with our requests from ketchup to dessert recommendations, and who immediately came to our table to replace the fork we dropped without our asking. Great food that satisfied both our palates and stomachs. Restaurant's walls were dotted with eye-catching vintage posters Food's a bit pricey hence, discounts and promos would be much appreciated :). Overall, we would definitely recommend Mr. Punch Public House both for a casual or special occasion dinner.

Had sundown beer on the rooftop. Nice cosy area. A tad bit cramp but still enjoyable. Offers locally brewed draft beers. Be sure to clarify if promos are applicable for rooftop.

Food and service good. Very quiet, only 2 tables occupied, think is due to parking. Pork cheek and beef was good, dessert portion very big.

Restaurant is not prominent as it is at a basement and shopfront is shared with a museum. Service staff was friendly and did a good explanation of the menu offerings. Food was interestingly served.

Great experience with cool design and yummy food especially the angus beef burger and the pork collar sqaure. A must try! The drinks are a bit expensive though.

Was seated at the roof. Great ambience. The Angus burger was juicy and flavourful and came with a generous portion of fries. The Queen Squid was ok

The music is abit loud. Food is nice and would appreciate if they have tartar sauce to go with the fries. I didn't know there's a rooftop bar until the end of the dinner.

I love the decor and ambience of this restaurant, certainly expected it to be more packed than it was, but then again it was a Tuesday evening. My friends and I also enjoyed the food (we had the lobster brioche, seared scallop linguine and carbonara).

The Good: Attentive and friendly staff who took initiative to offer food recommendations. Interesting decor. Maine salad $28 - Generous serving of sweet lobster and balanced dressing. Barramundi $38 was fresh and served whole with minimal bones (served without sides though). Creme brûlée $12 was a surprise, served with mango ice cream. Rather big serving for dessert though, so take note it's good for sharing 2-3 pax. The Bad: Rather limited food menu. Disappointed that the prime steak $48 was unavailable. Most mains served without sides so food prices are a tad expensive. Spring chicken $26 was tasty but chicken legs slightly undercooked. Yam and sweet potato chips $8 were disappointing - oily and lack crisp and flavour. Dessert "Oops I served my ice cream" $12 - good concept and interesting food presentation. However earl grey mousse doesn't freeze well and texture was strange - "crystal-like and icy". It was also a rather huge serving. The ice cream cone was a bit soft and tasteless, wafer-like instead of biscuit crunch.

Staff were prompt in getting us seated. Waitress were constantly on a lookout to tend to diners. Very friendly and welcoming. More of a bar place with wide variety of bar bites. Took quite awhile before food is served probably due to lack of kitchen staff. Will revisit again.

Nice ambience and good beer selection. Location right opposite Raffles Hotel, it is easily accessible and not difficult to find(just right below mint museum). Would recommend as a place for friends catching up over drinks.

Service staff was really quick and friendly; made some decent recommendations as we went for the sharing platter in the form of the marmite squid, the tataki beef and the crispy fish skin, and then the steak to share among three people. Ended with dessert and all for a good price thanks to the smart offer. Will come back!

The service is bad. The waiter show their impatient face to the customers. When we told them several times that we need times to look through the menu. There's no further explaination what they have for the happy hours, the waiters show their impatient face again when we ask for more details for it. They put the fork and knife at the drinking glass, which easy to fall and break, the glass split over the table, so dangerous! The food is ok, although it takes long time for it.

Nice little rooftop bar in town, reservations are required as area is very small. Alternatively, the main restaurant is at the basement. Many cocktails for selection, food quality was not bad.

I was rather sad that there was no space available on the rooftop. The waiter (he could be new) looked really frazzled waiting on too many people at one go. Speed of food being served was okay but the speed of drinks being served was pretty slow. Could do better. Steak was bad too, especially for the price, but the other dishes were so awesome that they made up for it. :)

Food was not bad and interesting. Came here for the US prime steak and it didn't disappoint. We had fried fish skin and the angus burger. The downside was the wait. Waited for almost an hour for the food to arrive. Thankfully the food closed the gap. Overall a good experience. Particularly the front man waiter was really polite and accommodating to my valentine and me. Thank you

Overpriced not entirely worth the value. One lift to all levels and one toilet for whole building. Not a spacious environment, feels cramp and hot when there is no natural wind.
