Food is good but waiting time is too long. Should have extra service staff on weekends, but they were apologetic when we complained have to wait long for the food. Nice ambience!

Waiting time is rather long, probably due to the crowd. It is good to take into consideration for further improvement. Food wise is above average.

Quality food, top class service. Ideal location. The variety of food choices is loads and top notch. The service is excellent. Recommended to families and friends for gathering. Will definitely visit again!

Gd food but rather expensive. Could hv been better if the price had been more reasonable based on the quantity. Rather go for a buffet spread.

Great food and place for an informal group gathering. Only wish that the restaurant to reconsider bringing back the "Nasi Mandi" that was taken out of the menu in early May 2016.

Food serving was slow and the staff was not approachable after preparing the table for us. We waited at the door but she not even approach us to sit us to our table.

We did a reservation for 12 and a group of 4 was late. One of the store workers question us if there were more coming for the table rudely. Can't be we make an reservation for people who confirm can't arrive. She also eye our table if we are done as though can't wait for us to finish our food so can clear the table. Personally it is only because of this lady otherwise food and service of other workers are ok.

Food is nice, ambience is cozy. The server is very friendly. and yeah, there is a tv, so you can dine in and watch tv at the same time.

Friendly and efficient manager and staff. Food is good and reasonably priced. The place is a better alternative if you dined regularly at Swensen's or Jack's Place, as service is definitely superior.

The restaurant was overcrowded that evening. We had to wait more than an hour for our food and the food was served piecemeal, so that one diner already finished her meal while the others had to wait. The restaurant tried to appease us by serving free appetisiers but by 10 pm when his steak was still not ready, my husband cancelled his order. Not sure if this is a usual thing on a sat evening, or we were just unlucky . It was however, unacceptable to us

The location was good as it is at the road side. The food was served fast and the serving size was ample. The staff was very friendly.

Service was good. Food (we had salmon, steak and lamb) was ok, but not fantastic. The menu was extensive, so I won't mind trying it again.

Came here for a birthday celebration. Food was fantastic. We had lunch set for main course. It came with a drink, soup and ice-cream at no extra cost!

service staff were unfriendly. We smiled and thanked them every time they served us but they could not be bothered.there were only 2 other familes around so its not as if they are tired or overwhelmed with work.

Although we've already made a reservation for 14 pax, we had to wait 30mins upon arrival because our table wasn't ready yet. Other than that the service and food was great!

Reservation was a great way to avoid disappointment. Hospitality was good. Embience was very cosy. Food was ok. There are still ways to improve on food taste.

I've always been a fan of the restaurant ever since my late dad first brought us there for special occasions - nice food and pleasant people. Although I've yet to try J's Wok & Grill at Bedok, the aura at Tampines branch could be better enlighten to make it a more family oriented space.

This is my first visit to the restaurant. Nice cozy atmosphere, food is good and reasonable esp the prawn spaghetti, seafood fried rice, mushroom tenderloin. Service is commendable too. Will definitely visit again.

The Food was great! Big servings and nice ambience! The waitress was very friendly and kept checking if everything was ok. We had a great time eating with the family.

Very friendly staff, especially Ms Michelle. Great food, big quantity and excellent taste. Clean environment. We were surprised with a slice of birthday cake for our son, although we did not inform the staff, they silently noted that we were having a birthday celebration and played the birthday song while serving the cake. The was a pleasant surprise and meant alot to our little boy who was all smiles after.

Overall, a nice experience. Variety of food caters to different taste buds - Mediterranean, Western, Asian, you name it. Serving was huge and worth the cost. Service was pleasant. Will be going back to the restaurant again.

My son's 1st birthday was celebrated there, with great ambience and great service together with good food, worth it! Still some room for improvement on service standard.

Staff who attended to us was very friendly. Food was excellent - value for money. Will come back another day to try the desserts. Place was quiet and not crowded.
