J's Wok & Grill - Tampines

Service good: attentive waitresses. Food is done well and came fairly fast. Dining area clean. Tom Yam soup was abit salty. Overall dining experience good.

J's chicken cordon bleu is not worth to pay $14.00 because it is not Crispy at all and not hot when served by the Malay waitress.

Good food and reasonable price. Easy excess snd cosy enviroment.

The western food were better than the local food offering. Restaurant was clean and pleasant. Service staff were also attentive and regularly check on customers if they need anything.

All food in small portion and in big plate and it took too much space on the table. It a bit expensive and food just so so.

It will be good if staffs are more attentive. More smiley faces please. The order forms need to be changed as soon as possible to avoid confusion.

Many items on the menu also not available, quite disappointed. Overall service is ok but the waiting time is quite long. We ordered 2 fried rice and it takes more than 45 mins only serve to us.

Overall okay but I had to check for the status of my order more than 3x. Cosy place for family gatherings. Will be coming back again

It would be convenience to have someone taking the order, especially big group. Should have more staffs on weekends. Most of the foods are nice and with the coupon promotion it's worth. Shd consider eliminating or lower the service charge as customers are taking down their own order.

Food was ok only. Not as nice as expected but the price is worth it given the 1-for-1 offer. The staff were friendly and service was good.

Online reservation request was fast with prompt reply. Guest seating layout could be better improved, it was too cramped for both restaurant guests & servers.

Love the chilli fries.. Place quite squeezey...Kinda sad therr isn't anymore meditinerrean food anymore... Love the variety of premium cakes they offered would really like to try the matcha Azuki layered cake....

Service was a little slow as there were very few staff to attend to the customers. Food wasn't too bad.

Overall the food is nice , the service is good but sadly not all the food in the menu are available. We are unable to get what we want on that day.

Its value for money as this was our third time visitng the restaurant and as usual we were satisfied with the quality of food.

Terrible service, food quality is decent. One of the food dishes ordered failed to arrive despite all the remaining served. Waitress casually forgotten about the meal order. Very poor assigning of tables despite booking a reservation 30 minutes ago.

The food was good and it was worth the amount we spent on it. We will visit again this restaurant and the quandoo booking was useful too.

place is spacious, staff is great and food is good and priced nicely :) it was quite empty when I was there - hope more customers will find out about this place

Not very crowded during that time we patronize the restaurant, service is fast & food is ok. However they miss out 1 of our order but that's fine, we are too full anyway.

Food was good,price very reasonable... due to the big crowd-service was slow. Waited for half hour before finally got 1st dish... generally it was a good outing

The environment is nice and the service there is good. The food are good too. We will consider to go again when there is a gathering.

Big portions, but due to lunchtime, dessert took a while coming. Latte was also half coffee half foam. Will try again when it's an off peak time

Food extremely bad. J-pie soup isn't like a soup, more like a paste and tasted bad. Patty from the burger is terrible. It is a slab of loosely connected minced meat that drops off from your burger when you take a bite. My family didn't finish our meal. We will never ever going bad again

Food is excellent and arrive quite fast though not many customers at that time. Ambiance is nice and place is spacious. Price is also reasonable.

guys, look out for promotions available there. food was appetizing and nice though. tried their fish and chips and nasi goreng kampong and mango salad

We ordered both western and eastern dishes. The western dishes and kids meal were superb and the eastern food were pleasant. Both drinks we had, thai milk tea and almond rocca was very good too. Thank u for the great service!

J wok restaurant had nice deco and was family friendly. Service staff were prompt and friendly. Good selection of local n western foods at decent prices.

The food is quite good for its price and with the entertainer app we were able to order the more expensive entrees only for $25. Highly recommended for those with the entertainer app to visit for good and affordable food

Beef ribs was disappointing...really leathery rather than the expected tender and easily pulled texture of good bbq ribs

I enjoyed a good meal with friends and relatives at the family Restaurant J's Wok and Grilled Tampines branch with good service and a good variety of dishes especially when there are promotional events .

I'd say it was quite a pleasant experience! Need more staffs though to run around the place taking and serving orders, one of my orders was very late..

The ambience was great, a relaxing place to dine with entertainment to watch. However, when some of my family members and I ordered the steak, the steak was quite difficult to chew although we want it to be well done and it take a long time to serve our food maybe due to lack of staff in hand.

Friendly waitress. Food was served fast. Serving portion is surprisingly much more than expected. Cosy ambience but slightly warm as I was sitting near the glass door. Need to lower the blinds as it got hotter.

Food was nice and priced reasonably. My friend and I ordered a side each but the portions for the cheese fries was enough for 2. Would definitely eat there again.

The food was so so, the side dishes was tastier than main dish...request medium rare beef but came out over done... and the chicken is over cook too...not pleasant to dine there.

Gd food and excellent service. I would definitelyrecommend my family and friends. It's value for money. I would like return for the next dinner with my family.
