J's Wok & Grill - Tampines

Great food and service. Will definitely return to try other food in their menu. Food was serve pretty quickly despite being the breaking of fast.

First time visited J's Wok & Grill, we had tried their Salmon Carbonara and J's Pasta, the taste was above my expectation. The price is cheap with the 50% discount. Their staffs are friendly and helpful. I will recommend J's Wok & Grill to my family members and friends.

50% off all good and drinks and very friendly staff! We went on a Friday however there were only 2 staff and some of the items in the menu were not available. It'll be good if there could be more staff and all items in the menu be available. Improvements need to be made in this area.

It was lunch time, kitchen took long with their food (20 mins) and only two servers on the floor/cashier/drinks. Otherwise, food was value-for-money and sufficient even for big eaters. 50% promo off food was appreciated.

It was nice overall enjoyed the food. Only thing the food server was not very hot. But overall it was tasty and worth it. So will definitely visit again.

Ambiance and staff are good. The food are generally satisfying too except for the carbonara with grilled salmon tasted bland. There wasnt any spices or herbs/leaves added to the spaghetti to enhance the flavour.

Waited for 45 min and yet the waiter wanted me to wait for another 15 min, I guess they forgot my food. Wave really hard to get attention of 2 waiter and a barista serving the whole restaurant. Finally Starter came and it was room temp and some of the buffalo wings uncooked. Enough is enough I decided to just pay for the drinks and walk out of the restaurant(do they even care) because I dont think I can wait any longer for the mains.

Mediocre food for the price we pay. Place is a little too small and squeezy. Carpark coupon they gave has expired! Better food elsewhere with the same price.

Good tasting food and good service though shorthanded. Very generous with their food serving. Great for family gathering. Would recommend this restaurant for such events.

Time management is needed during a busy service and that was lacking during my iftar session. We ordered just before iftar and we know orders would be slightly late but that is not the issue... issue was orders were forgotten such as Tea, appetizer given near end of our meal and child meal given last (pity my daughter). They need to 'up' their service standards and probably hire few more staffs to engage especially peak period

Staff was pleasant, food was fine, just the soup of the day was a bit plain or blunt but overall the ambiance was pretty good, will visit again next time.

Shortage of manpower. Other Services are excellent including offers given. Will be rated full once manpower is sufficient. Muslim Prayer location provided. The food was awesome and the price is great!

The western delights at this restaurant is simple delicious. The lesser rating is for their service. We had a reservation and we were sent to our table promptly. the restaurant was almost full when we went there. but i feel the amount of people serving us is really less and we have to look for them and raise our hand for everything(by the way it took me 2 to 3 minutes to spot one and get their attention), which I felt was not the experience you would prefer when you are eating at a restaurant. I will definitely go again to this restaurant just for their quality of food.

Service a bit slow may be lack of staff. The atmosphere was great, quite spacious & comfortable if you are looking for a place to relax.

My experience not that happy.Firstly,we went there to break fast.We waited very long for our food. When the food being served,its cold.We don't really enjoy our dinner.The cashier was not that friendly when i enquire abt the bill which we have discounts.

Great ambience and location. Staff were courteous enough to deal with special orders and needs. A great place for family and for friends to hangout

Price was good considering 50 % off all item as a promotion but they were so busy that they left out my order after chasing them many times ended up i waited for over an hour.

J Wok and Grill overall is thumb up. Nice Food and ambience. However shortage of service staff. Should get more service staff. thank u !

I liked the choices available in the menu and resonably priced.

Break our fast here today to support our Muslim's restaurant under Jamiyah...and there's a Prayer Room (byot)- bring your own telekung. Spacious, nice and cosy ambience. Good and fast services. There's a slight glitch on the kid's meal order but they rectified it swiftly. Reservation for 6.45pm slot was done via Quandoo. Easy and user friendly. Most importantly, it's within Tampines heartlanders.

Reasonable but only with the 50% discount. If not, the full price is not worth it. Can only dine with discount voucher or coupons. The price are quite expensive.

The food and service were good! The place is also very accessible and it is only about a 5 mins walk from Tampines MRT. It has a very conducive atmosphere as well.

Service was warm and friendly. Food was fast. Ambiance was nice. However, we felt that the restaurant's aircon system was not working well. If the temperature was cooler, the whole experience will have been better. Overall, my family enjoyed the dining experience there.

It is a good place for meal because the food is well prepared and tasted good! Great experience there with cozy environment, suitable for family & friend gathering.

The app was very user friendly and easy to navigate. Reservation was easily done in less than 5 minutes.This is excellent and do keep it up.

Nice quiet place and friendly staff. Servings are adequate. Baked rice wasn't really the sticky baked type but more like fried rice. Chicken meal ordered could have more cheese.

Foods are good, it would be better if its quantity be increased . The service are satisfying and we didnt wait long for our foods. The prayer room is adequate for our prayer needs and fully aircondition with toilet within our reach . Online reservation is fast and easy with online confirmation via email . This is our second visits anyway and would recommends others .

Short of manpower. The pizza dough served not taste fresh. Cut fruits too expensive and does not look how it present on menu. Teh Iced tasteless. After informing and get new one it is super sweet..😞 This is our 1st time at Jwok Tampines but such experience make us NOT to come back again with the amount we spend. Thank You.

Love going to J's Wok & Grill for meal. Big portion, varieties, and good ambient. Since their 1st shop at bedok north st3 till when they moved to bedok central and new outlet at Tampines, their quality & quantity of meal have been consistant.

The new outlet at Tampines Junction has great ambience with plentiful seating, clean and easily accessible. Food taste and presentation is consistent with the Bedok outlet.

Nice & cosy embience... much varieties & gd food. Very helpful and friendly staffs. Location is quite reachable. Affordable price too. Will look forward to come back again....

Love their mixed fruits prawn salad and mushroom soup served inside the bread (forgot the name of the dish on the menu, but the picture on the menu is quite obvious). Also ordered the normal Bolognese and Cake served with ice cream, which was average. The food presentation was nicely done though.

We reach at 6 40. Our first food only came at 7.30. Due to shortage of manpower on wkend. Should try to have more manpower especially on wkend

Expected long wait on a Sat nite but worth it. The texture of the meat was just perfect and so were the drinks,keep it up!

Everything was fine , the food was delicious . I love the carbonara salmon it taste really nice . An aslo well serve . Will come again next time

Nice social enterprise restaurant. Friendly staff. Food is ok. Price is reasonable. 2 adult and one child cost about S$50. Free cake if you celebrate birthday there.

The service and food served are great! Keep it up guys! The environment are very relaxing and welcoming, love the interior design of the restaurant!
