went for their high-tea... very nice ambience.. great food display.. their teh tarik is awesome.. i dnt like truffle but mashed potatoes with truffle oil was on my repeat list.. their service was perfect. overall will repeat coming here

The crab is finished,when I ask the chef he just point at the pot and say it’s here have then have no then no like I’m paying 9.90$ to eat,the snow crab also it’s like 8.00pm but no more refill

Everything was good. While drinks section can be improved, if ice cubes were provided. Optional for diners to make their soft drinks colder instead of being just in a 'cool' state.

The food was not replenished on time . I also have to be place at outdoor seating . There was shortage of staff , the plates n cutlery did not clear and no replenish of plates too. Rate the services and the food is not that fabulous . I will not pay another visit again to this restaurant .

Went for Wednesday all lobsters night. Yet, lobsters for popular sauces like chili crab sauce were all prawns instead of lobsters, what a scam. Poached lobsters were mostly green in colour, meaning it’s not fresh at all. No carbonate drinks available, Only syrup drinks and it’s extremely sweet. Pathetic choices of desserts, only 1 cake, the rest is all supermarket puddings etc. Extremely disappointed for this price

J65 lunch 26/3/2025 2 pax for about $81. Or $68++. I think recently upped from $59++. But not a better offering. But Ok for the price. Cakes were good. There were cold prawns. Reasonable laksa, some said leaves, fruit, tempura prawns. Sushi. Kueh pie tee. Unpopular items included a dry quiche and some sort of puff pastry or samosa. No roast anything. Very little, if any beef. No big fish. I appreciated the quiet environment to chit chat with friend. Service was fairly good. Plates cleared. And we were given a choice of tables. Overall, a pleasant, simple buffet. Not for celebrating an occasion. 😀

Everything was wonderful, especially the BBQ lobsters freshly grilled on the spot and the yummy durian pengat. The only setback was the billing and waiting time at the cashier, it seem like on my first time having buffet dinner at J65, the cash register was having problem and the service staff has to use the alternate ash register. And on the day when I was there personally to pay the deposit in advance for the Christmas buffet dinner, the same cash register is having problem again. And lastly, on the dining day itself, the same cash register is having problem again.. and the queue was long, diners have to be seated and wait for the queue get shorter, but the waiting time was more than 30mins.. Why don’t J65 do what other restaurants do too, they prepared the bills in advance coz most of the time there won’t be any too last minute additions in the bill, so that diners can pay their bills at the cashier whenever they are ready to leave, and accumulate Shangri-la Circle point swiftly. Hope the the next visit, there will be some improvement. Thanks.

The food is excellent in both quality and quantity, with a wide variety of lobster preparations available.

Prefer to have more types of sashimi and live station. It will be great if you have roast beef and chicken for your carving station. For the price we pay, we can get more varieties with other buffett.

To have more variety. For example too many lobster and prawn section . No chicken meal. Lack of variety in the Indian food section. Birthday cake was presented at the last after making payment, full and about to leave.

Pretty ok taking into account the 20% discount. Service level varies across the staff, generally ok but I encountered a station chef who was clearly having a bad day. Food variety was acceptable but quality can be improved for some. Serving for salmon sushi was very generous.

Teh tarik was superb! Love the slightly bitter aftertaste. Manggo desserts and strawberry cake were amazing! Duck was nice,no gamey taste!Plenty of drinks to choose from.Barramundi fillet was also good! Best part is,its 1 for 1 !👏 Overall,will definitely come again👍

We were there on Sunday nite for the International Seafood. Overall it is okay, for the 40% off. Theres only 1 lobster which are given as cold starters, in addition to prawns and clams. Soup is mushroom. There's fish porridge, and normal crab legs, prawns in mushroom herbal sauce. But good that udang galah is grilled nicely. Laksa tasted sweet. The rest of food are acceptable.

Reservation made for dinner was smooth. Staff even call the day before to confirm. Good buffet spread and dining atmosphere was calm and relaxing.

It was a great experience n the service staff were attentive n polite. The food was great n tasty too, however there were limited choice...except the poach Salmon and Fish wth black sauce not tat interesting n the taate were a bit fishy..Durian Penget is my favourite..
