Good service on BBQ-ing if food~ replenishment on side dishes and tea on request Food was ok, but a little overpriced

Ordered some bbq meats, army stew and seafood pancake for the 4 of us. Seafood pancake was delish and service was great as well. Will return.

Food quality was fetting bad, especially Jokbal. Dishing washing was so bad because some bowls has stains. In paticular, there was a cockroach on the wall. So bad. Plus, ventilation system was bad.

Been there many years ago and I must say the service and the food is still awesome. Nothing disappointing and everything deserves a praise. Will go back often.

Always reliable korean food. Had the galbi jjim (stewed beef short ribs) and cold noodles. Galbi jjim was a mix of sweet (from the dates I would think) and savoury. Meat was tender and well flavoured. Cold noodles were refreshing and good as always. Service can be a little slow at peak times. Cant blame them though when the restuarant is so full on a friday night!

The food was good and reasonable. Service was good too. Will go back again. Must try the Yookhoi (raw beef) and Modeumjeon (Assorted Panfried Vegetables Combination).

Authentic Korean food - my favourite sweet and spicy kimchi, tender & well marinated pork meat bbq by the staff, yummy soft beancurd seafood soup and lots free-flow side dishes

The spicy beef soup is my must order every time i visit the outlet here. The staffs are attentive and even offered to bbq the meats we have ordered. Lastly, we ended our meal with ordering their homemade kimchi for takeaway!

Good and friendly service. Reasonable pricing and the side dishes were above normal, The menu had a wide selections of dishes. Bonus is the free ice cream.

Have dined here many times. Even though the gap between my last visit and the present was several years, did not notice any difference in either the quality of food or excellence in service. Both were top notch, as was expected.

Excellent service from staff! Ordered the bbq pork belly and the staff helped us to cook it. Ginseng chicken soup is flavourful and meat tender. Cold noodles are refreshing. Dessert was sweet ginger tea of some sort. The side dishes and desserts are different from time to time. Have visited before and will visit again!

It was wonderful! Food was good. Service was perfect. Will definitely go back again. The only sad thing was that there were other promotions given if we book directly with the restaurant.

Went for my friend's birthday on Sep 9, and the full was really amazing. We ordered quite a few stuffs and the kimchi Jeongol was so good. The restaurant is very generous with the side dishes and all of us enjoyed our dinner. One downside would be the kimchi fried rice, it was too watery.

been patronizing this place for many times. food are great and excellent service provided by the staff there. we were given a complimentary steam egg.

The kimchi pancake is the highlight of the day! It taste authentic, and you will be even more certain with the few tables are filled with korean guests

Crab stew was nice but the prime rib eye was not prime except for the price! It was friendly enough but not as attentive as I expected.

I am very satisfied. Service is so fine. Price is quite reasonable. The restaurant allowed us to use a private room. If draft beer was available, it would be perfect.

Nice bbq and the other food were also done well. Would recommend the gimbap, stir-fried spicy sotong and the marinated spicy meat for bbq.

The food at Hyang-to-gol (Amara Hotel) is fantastic! We love the Yookhoi (seasoned fresh raw beef), the Modeumjeon (assorted panfried vegetables combination) and the spicy cold noodles.

fab korean bbq on 2nd floor of Amara Hotel on tanjong pagar rd. Great choice of meats and soju is a must! steamed egg and seafood pancake are great side dishes

Great food and good location. Has been around for a long time. Friends and me had an enjoyable time throughout. Attentive service from their staff.

Service is excellent as always! Kimchi pancake was a little more floury than usual and a little bland for my taste. Kimchi jijgae was good and whets the appetite, it comes with rice. Haemool kalguksu (homemade noodles with seafood) was quite filling and tasted flavourful but was not particularly memorable. The side dishes are awesome though!

Incredibly prompt service was provided and the staff were both polite and friendly which made the whole experience all the more enjoyable. It’s a restaurant where paying service charge actually feels justified given how wonderful the service was.

Foods are good and price is reasonable. Spicy and addictive taste seems to be authentic. Lacking sweats is a negative, but overall, the restraunt is very good.

the food was not up to expectations. was quite a disappointing experience considering that we've been there multiple times. don't think we will be returning again anytime soon.
